Called Smiley Drain at 8:30 the next morning and they were at the house by 9:30! Stan was great to work with and he got the job done quickly! Price was reasonable and service was second-to-none! Big shout out to Denise, Mike, Stan and the rest of the team at Smiley Drain!

Do not hire because they do not stand behind their work. I paid over $600 to have a pipe repaired in the bathroom because it was backing up. less than two months later I have another issue in the same bathroom. They will come back out but it could cost me another $600 - sad and shocking.

We're truly sorry you had another issue and had to pay another $600. I would truly be upset as well. We do stand behind our work . Our warranties only cover normal wear and tear.
Before moving forward on any repairs or jobs we have all of our clients sign a waiver that spells every situation and detail out in writing . We are 100% transparent.
We cannot control what people throw down their toilets like baby wipes rags and other objects we also can't control if there's an underlining issue with the drain line causing a clog. We truly sorry please call our office ask for Mike I will personally find a way to make things right , fair and reasonable within reason.
