Good homemade ice cream ! I get the cookie dough and every bite of ice cream you get a chunk of cookie dough it's really good I love this place the ambiance is amazing ! The service is A1 10/10 would definitely recommend it's family owned and the business is a great business !

Smoothies on Seven opens for the season on April 1st. I don't like every ice cream shop, but SOS always delivers a home run in my book. They offer super premium ice cream, including a decadent Zanzibar chocolate that is so good. Their soft serve is rich and creamy, without being overly sweet. I personally do not like their strawberry soft serve, but I'm a strawberry snob, so take it as you will.

My order of choice is a strawberry banana milkshake with an up charge to "mess it up with extra fruit." It's hands down one of the best dairy desserts in the universe.

Prices are reasonable, the product is outstanding and the window moves faster than the drive through. My kids and I love it and I think you will too.

We ordered:
Strawberry Sundae with whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry
Small S'mores Flurry with chocolate sprinkles instead of chips, extra Graham cracker
2 Orange juicy freezes, blended

We got:
Strawberry soft serve with just whipped cream and nuts and the bowl was literally not even 1/3 full
"S'mores" flurry that was just marshmallows
1 Orange juicy freeze with Chocolate ice cream blended
1 Orange juicy freeze, floated


I understand that opening weekend is usually hectic and people need to learn the ropes, but this has NEVER happened in the 20 years I've been going here. This is incredibly disappointing and even though it really sucks to say this, I don't think we're coming back.

Place has been great for year! Park your car and walk up! Much faster service! Live further away now bjt come out of my way to grab ice cream!

Amazing place! Super friendly staff, a huge variety of ice creams, smoothies, and so much more! I would highly recommend the pineapple smoothie-- so good!

Got the banana split blizzard was really good! Balance of banana and strawberries, would definitely go again.

the ice cream is just as good as dairy queen which i can get for much cheaper and order much easier. employees are alright but that doesnt change how the store's owner treats them. awful work environment. won't spend money on ice cream for the workers to be treated bad

You can't go wrong with a treat from here. Milkshakes, ice cream cones, sundaes...the list goes on. I'm lucky this place is in walking distance for me. But it's unfortunate for my waistline....

I came here on a windy, but exciting night. I was walking along the Detroit River and decided that I wanted some good, old-fashioned ice cream. I am a metro-detroiter, so I know where the hidden treasure dessert locations are. Anyways, 25 minutes later I arrived on scene. There were only two people in front of me. One person was approximately 5'10" and was wearing a yellow hat. My memory isn't good enough to describe the other civilian. I ordered a shake and I thought it was ~decent. It reminded me of a shake you can buy at Kroger. I also enjoyed the bench by the shop.

Ordered the Oreo sundae it tasted great. Fiancé ordered a s'mores frosty and she said it tasted great. The service was quick and they had a very big selection.
