Had a travel nightmare thanks to a broken part on our Delta airplane. Company stayed in touch with us the 8 hours it took to get home to Boston. Very grateful for their service in a trying situation.

We hired a black car from SN Limo Service to drive us from our wedding venue back to our hotel. Sean was our driver. He was the most professional person! He was polite, opened the door for both me and my husband, and had water bottles waiting for us. He congratulated us on our marriage, and we had a lovely conversation with him while he drove us. Sean is the nicest person and it was a pleasure to meet him. Couldn't have asked for a better driver!

Rode with a group. Car was clearly not vacuumed and smelt as if the driver had just smoked a cigarette. Better off just sticking with Pro Limo next time.
