Teresa not only has years of experience and know how to make you both look and feel beautiful, but she is communicative every step of the way! I went in to have my brows touched up from years ago, and she not only corrected them and remapped me to make sure they matched my face, but she was thorough in explaining the process and why she was doing the thing she was. When I had a hair stylist mess my hair up BAD a week before my wedding, she made room for me and got me in, fixed my hair (and gave me a discount because she's a sweetheart), and literally offered to come help with the wedding and decorate. She's a rock star. You couldn't be in better hands with her!

I do not recommend going to Teressa Gregory for permanent makeup, this has been an awful experience, I wanted powder brows to enhance my appearance so I wasnt taking so long getting ready for my day, now I don't bother with even getting ready because I'm embarrassed to leave my house with these God Awful eyebrows. I went for my perfecting session (after 6 weeks) told her I wanted then removed, she got defensive told me that's why there is a perfecting session to address all the things you don't like and fix them, I believed she was going to fix it(make them better) all she done was make it 10xs worse, I wish I could add a picture, I don't want others to have to go through this......

All around great experience. Theresa adjusted her schedule to accommodate my quick request for a Brazilian blowout + color. I requested a specific shade of blonde but she recommended something a little different based upon my skin tone. She was RIGHT! Friends and family agreed.
I have also scheduled Microblading with her. She has studied microblading techniques for months (not the 2 day workshops). My appt is late August and I'll return to this post to upload before and afters.

BEST PLACE TO RECEIVE AN EYELASH LIFT!! Teresa was super nice and talked me through EVERYTHING she was doing and applying to my eyelid BEFORE she did it!! One of my eyes eyelashes were being stubborn but she kept working with it until it gave up! Also the online booking made it super easy to book my appointment and to know the price of all there services they offer! 10/10 will be coming back to get another lift in the future!!

Theresa is awesome!!! Very professional. I won't trust anyone else to do my hair :)

Terrible Business.

Here is the proof.... Paid for my wife to get a surprise hair appointment and get her nails done. She is an awesome wife & mother to our 3 kids. She also is part owner of a cheer team in Columbus, so we will make sure to tell this story a bunch. Anyways... back to the story, I made the appointment and offered to go ahead and pay. I did not have to pay in advance for the appointment, but didn't want me wife to worry about paying. When it came time for the appointment my wife couldn't find a sitter and tried to call them. She finally spoke to someone there and the girl said Teresa was supposed to call her back...that never happened. My wife called three more times and no answer. I was able to finally get ahold of Teresa and she tells me the money I spent was lost and that's all. She then hung up on me while I'm trying to remind her that I prepaid when I wasn't required to pay advance. She DIDN'T EVER tell me that I would lose money if my wife didn't make it or that I couldn't reschedule. I tried to call back and they wouldn't answer the phone... at all. No voice of reason at this business and at the very least, they lost 1 potential new client.

Theresa always does a great job on my hair. She gets me right in when I call. I don't usually like to make appointments. She always works with me.

I have been going to Theresa for more than 15 years. No one remotely compares to her. She is the best!! I do not even have to tell her what I want done, she automatically knows what my hair needs to make it look its best. I recommend her to everyone!

Snipp It is a great salon for those of us on a budget. They have stylists with anywhere from a few months to more than two decades of experience. I've never had a bad experience, but after trying four different stylists, I haven't found a person I like enough to request again. Kathy cut my hair on my last visit - she was very friendly and talkative, and she even told me several times that I could come back later if I didn't like the cut and she would fix it for me for free. I really liked the cut, but when she styled my hair (naturally curly), I looked like a huge frizz-ball. I was embarrassed just to walk to my car. I told her it was too frizzy, but the more she tried to fix it, the worse it got. I really liked her personality and was going to schedule my bridal hair appointment with her, but quickly changed my mind after seeing how she styled my hair. Yikes!
