Snobachi Handcrafted Rolled Ice Cream

This is on the outskirts of Yabor City super close to the Columbia restaurant, which they seem to own Iike 3 block of the city.
Anywho, they make ice cream in a roll form. Which is really cool. This remind me of fruit roll up but with ice cream. The ice cream is delicious. You can create your own style or pick from their choices on the menu. This is perfect now that we have enter summer, swing in to get a delicious Snobachi.
They also offer nitrogen ice cream call Dragon Ball I want to try that next time.
I had the S'more roll but next time it will be the Nutella that I will try when I come back.

I ordered the hella tella signature 1 scoop. Yea, the name definitely fits. Tons of Nutella mixed in with delicious vanilla ice cream. The rolled ice cream was then topped with Nutella drizzle, a ferraro rocher, a little banana, and whipped cream. It was such a fun experience watching them make my rolled ice cream!

I experienced so many food-gasms while eating this delicious rolled ice cream. I LOVE Nutella, and this ice cream definitely satisfied my craving. I bought my husband the s'mores rolled ice cream, and he loved it.

This was my first time at this establishment. I will be returning very soon for another hella tella. And this establishment is a locally owned veteran small business. We will definitely continue to support it.

Just adding: parking was easy to locate. I was able to use side street parking. Trying to park in the lot that's connected to the building was confusing. The app would not allow for me to change set hours (only wanted 1 hour, but it was set to 10 and would not change). I noticed others leave the lot as well. So I recommend finding street parking or another lot.

This is a fantastic little shop in the heart of Ybor City. People come here for the ice cream, but let me get you in on a little secret: the slushes are excellent as well! I got the Italian Lemon Ice slush and it was fantastic! Super refreshing in the summer heat and just the perfect balance of tart and sweet. You also have the choice of adding some additional toppings to it if you want, but I like original flavors as they come. Really friendly staff. Be sure to drop by and grab a cold drink or ice cream as you make your way through Ybor City :)

Hibachi Icecream???? What is this???? It's delicious. The gimmick sounds crazy but it was fascinating to watch them pour the ice-cream onto a freezing cold slab and then - well I won't spoil it you have to go find out yourself. There's about 8-10 different types you can have all coming from the 3 base flavors of Strawberry, Chocolate and Vanilla. Oh and for something completely nuts get the dragon balls. It is a small place with limited seating and with a large crowd can get very loud.

If you are in the area you must try Snobachi Handcrafted Ice Cream!! Try one of the signature flavors or create your own. This is a great place to go for a delicious refreshing treat. Try it with friends if you are in the Ybor area!

If you're looking for a cool experience with awesome ice cream, then look no further. I've been to a few rolled ice cream places before and this place was definitely up there in value. The staff was very friendly and fast. 10/10 recommend.

Unique and cool spot for the kids to stop and have a nice sweet treat. I'm not much for sweets but even I have to admit I was tempted for a quick sec to get one for myself. Pics below!

I have wanted to try Snobachi for years and actually came not long after it opened and the line was so long that I gave up (I'm impatient). But this was well worth the wait. Thanks to Yelp Elite, I got a fabulous birthday treat (that rhymes). I created my own snow roll with vanilla, chocolate sauce, pecans and whipped cream and it was EVERYTHING! The texture and taste of the ice cream was perfection. I wasn't really hungry when I came in, yet I cleaned the bowl because I couldn't stop eating it. It may have taken me years to get here, but it won't be long before I return.

Sooo Snobachi Handcrafted Ice Cream is pretty much a bi-weekly stop for us. Best ice cream I've had in a while!
