Snoork Towing

Thanks to blowing out my front tire while on the road (no idea what it was!), and given how I'm totally hapless when it comes to cars and tires, I had to call AAA Service for SOS...and guess they hooked me up with this towing service.

I called around 4 pm (rush hour!) on I-77, near Tyvola Exit, and I believe Garret of Snoork came to the rescue...well within 1 hour. Even the more surprising, now that I see that this service is anchored in Monroe.

He was friendly, fast and obviously very helpful in changing out the blown with the spare, temporary tire...and I was back on the road within 5 minutes of his arrival!

Excellent customer service! Extremely responsive and communicated often to let me know when to expect the tow driver. Driver was prompt, polite and very helpful. Will definitely use again if necessary.

I waited. 5 hours. Never came, wouldn't answer calls and then finally did when my husband called and said they don't tow for AAA anymore. Horrible people. Horrible company.

I just want to give a shout out to Dominic! Yesterday was a true nightmare trying to get a towing company to come because it's an issue that my car is in a garage with low clearance. A&R and Clark's repeatedly accepted the job and then canceled on me. Dominic showed up, did his best to jump it and move it out of the garage, and then told me that I needed a wheel lift and dollies. Snoork unfortunately doesn't have that equipment, but I'm just so grateful Dominic came, tried, did his best, and told me what I actually need. This process has been so rough, so Snoork and Dominic just showing up at all and doing their best makes them my angels! Thank you!

They were contacted via KIA Roadside Assist. Gave an estimate of 60-90 minutes. When that was up, they added another 60 minutes, and then again another 60 minutes. Ultimately they never showed up... Called Charleyman Towing, they were there in 15 minutes!!

***!!!!ZEROOOOOO STARS!!!!*** Frank thought it was okay to fuck my car up even more just because of how it looked already, which wasn't his choice to make . I wanted my car to be loaded/unloaded with EXTRA CARE because of its condition and they did the exact opposite!!! He was already irritated by the people holding my car , calling them of types of slurs saying how he'll never come back to pick up a car from them again! Instead of gently letting the car down he dragged it out of the parking spot scraping a big ass hole into my back bumper, a huge jagged piece of metal was sticking out, you could tell how far he dragged the car bc of the paint trail he left SMFH! He had no care in the world for my car! Now my back bumper is dangling and he had the nerve to ask me if i was good and hopped back in his truck and drove off. NEVER THE FUCK AGAIN! If you get Frank PLEASE ASK FOR A NEW DRIVER! Your car WILL be FUCKED UP!

The tow truck arrived in the estimated time which is very unusual for a tow truck t
usually it'll say 30 minutes and you have to wait an hour or 2 but they arrived on time customer service was great driver was very helpful got to my house in a timely manner and was again helpful great customer service the best customer service I have had in a while.

Hello, communication thread was great from AAA to Snoork Towing and I appreciated the updates regarding the timeline of arrival. When Carlo arrived, he assessed the situation with my 2006 Chevy Silverado as the windows were very tightly closed. Carlo was very patient and persistent in his work and it paid off as the lock switch was moved to the open position and my keys retrieved. Carlo is to be commended for his ability and dexterity in working with the items used to open area around the door enough to get the probe inside to unlock the door. Again, Carlo possesses great qualities of patience, professionalism, and perseverance! It was EXCELLENT! Definitely beyond what I was expecting. Scheduling through the Allstate app was a breeze. Last time we called a tow truck they came 2 hours later than they said they would. Complete and total disregard about being late when we'd call and inquire when they would be there. Not fun.
This time was a completely different experience! I first called them, got a recording - ughhh... thinking here go. It suggested uploading the app, I scheduled through the easy to use app, they then sent me several follow up text messages on tow truck arrival. I did have to call and make sure it was a flatbed tow truck. The person I talked to perfectly understood my situation.
The flatbed arrived exactly when they said they would. I was greeted with a smile and friendly, professional attitude from the driver Filip at Snoork towing. I drive a Prius, so was understandably concerned with the knowledge of a person knowing what to do. I just wanted it towed to the dealer. Filip assured me that may not be necessary. He opened the hood, knew exactly where the battery was, they're almost hidden in the Pruis. He expertly attached the charger and started the car. Yay! Thank you Filip!
