Sokrat was a fierce negotiator for us buying a new house. We told him what we wanted, which included not playing in a multiple counter-offer scenario. The seller tried to put is in a multiple-counter offer bidding war, Sokrat took care of everything for us without bothering us. He ended up securing a below asking price, single counter offer, in a situation with multiple offers. We were blown away.

After getting the offer he was always available to talk, accepting text messages at any time of the day. He was at the property when needed, took care of what needed to be done, and was always honest and open with us. Would definitely recommend.

This is a real estate professional that goes above and beyond anything to get his deals closed.
One of his last short sales deal at 7654 Westland Ave in North Hollywood, he has been negotiating for us since October of 2017. After our file got rejected for a non valid reason, he has reopened the file and we closed the transaction 2 days ago.

We just celebrated our anniversary in our dream house and this is no better time to thank the man who made it all possible- our realtor Sokrat.
Picture a single family home in La Crescenta that's been on the market for 2 months. It had all the ingredients of a dream home, one the largest lots in the area, excellent public schools, great location.
But in a market as hot as La Crescenta, it was unsold for a reason. The owners and realtor was extremely difficult to deal with; they would not return calls or entertain any communications. After two attempts we were close to giving up.
In comes Sokrat- through sheer perseverance and diligence he was able to secure a site visit in a week, agree on a price, negotiate and close the deal in the next. Post the sale, the inspection threw up a number of items which of course the owner would not take care. We again were close to giving up but he then drew the BIG picture and showed us why it would still be in our interest to get the house.
Today, after a year, we are absolutely confident that we have made the right decision and have him to thank.

2. He knows a lot about construction and remodeling and can give you very good tips and references and how to keep the cost down
3. He is very honest and upfront. He will tell you what is best for you and will make no bones about it. Very useful to keep you grounded and not make a bad decision
4. He is very focused on closing- for me this is the most important. He closed the sale of my condo in Glendale (after my first realtor listed it way over market price) after it was languishing for over 2 months in the market with creativity, patience and perseverance (needs another Yelp review by itself- for another day)

Sokrat in 4 years got me my starter home and my dream home. For that, I will always be thankful to him!
