Wow. What a great find. Came here on a recommendation and I'll definitely come again. Andrew, our waiter, was excellent. Polite, knew the menu and made great recommendations. James, the manager, was very social and checked in to make sure everything was great. Hard to find good service like that. In fact just those 2 guys alone would make me come again.

Food was excellent. Nice mix of everything. The Cambodian Wingman was a nice surprise. Large portions. Lovely presentation. The deep fried Oreos made for a happy ending.

Great beer list. Watching the planes take off and land was a great experience.

Been here a handful of times when traveling in the area. Wasn't a fan the first visit, but I've come to be. They have a nice small menu, burgers, wraps, salad, pho, a few apps. They also have specials. I had scallops for lunch. Wow were they good.
Our server had many many tables to attend, but was impressed no one was left out.
This has become a regular stop when in Westfield,MA. There is another location I hear is good also. Make this your place to go too.

Heard countless rave reviews from friends and online, but this is my second try here and the last. Last time the grill wasn't working, so we had to order non-cooked food. This time, the pulled pork wasn't ready yet, and then they were out of the flavored whisky for one of their signature drinks I tried to order. The burger was very good, but everything else was bad- the sweet potato fries were extremely overcooked and gross, the giant pretzel tasted old and stale, etc.

Lunch service was really slow, which wouldn't have been a big deal if they weren't out of multiple items I tried to order, and/ or the food wasn't dried out and overcooked. They need to get their stuff together, because these are just basic things that good restaurants should have a grasp of.

Whenever I visit, the food is always great. Thanks, Chef Mike for the consistency of great flavors and specials. Special shout out to my favorite servers/bartenders Sami and Angie for always being friendly and giving the perfect experience. Seeing the manager on the floor consistently is always nice to see too. Thanks Jimmy for always greeting me and other customers within moments of coming in through the doors if the servers haven't already. It makes the restaurant feel more comfortable and welcoming.
There's also a classic American breakfast option on Sundays at 9am!

Bonus is that you occasionally can see the planes take off from your seats due to the large windows here. The deck is also wonderful during the cooler summer afternoons and early evenings when you can see the sunset.

Ended up here unexpectedly- needing quick lunch before heading out to berkshires. Yelp got me here actually. Ambiance here can't be beat on a clear weekend day. Love the view and the planes.

Now to the food experience:
It was a busy afternoon and the bartender was the server as well. She was nice but overwhelmed. Took a while to get order in. Wife got Pho special and I got pork rice bowl.

We are kind of pho snobs because of how close to the X we are in Springfield, so our bar is high, and we both agreed this wasn't the best pho we could get locally. But it wasn't bad.

The rice bowl was great. Sticky rice, tasty pork that was very tangy, and great veggies. I ate everything on my plate.

We will go back ! Great menu I want to try more of. They do need more help on weekends when it's busy.

A great example of why most restaurants need to be Panera-style counter service in our age of high labor costs and declining average skills. The food was pretty good, but our waitress had been on the job for only three weeks. She never came back to refill water or iced tea glasses or, actually, for any reason after delivering the food.

I tried customizing a burger with "no mayo," but somehow that instruction got lost.

Stopped for dinner before a snow storm and was quiet only a few couples. The new manager recommended a craft beer that was incredible New England IPA. Had a cheese burger that was very good and cooked perfectly. Side of onion rings was large and very good. My wife opted for the grilled chicken breast with no bun on lettuce and a side salad and liked both. Will definitely be back. Also found out they have live music on most Friday's

Our waitress didn't seem to care that we were waiting for another person. I had to go get her to order our food. We ordered apps and food..the apps came out pretty fast and then waited awhile for her to tell us they didn't have the entree my mother ordered. She seemed like she didn't want to be there it didn't make our experience very pleasant.

What a great afternoon at Sok's! The food is always good and the service was great! All 4 in my party were very pleased with their meals! Will definitely go back! Lots of fun watching the planes take off and land!!

We wentt here for the first time and far exceeded our expectations! The good was phenomenal! We had the pho which was top notch. Atmosphere and decor was great! Jimmy the manager was very accommodating and friendly which was above and beyond. We highly recommend this place to everyone and we will be back for sure!
