I had a massage and facial and it was fantastic! The heated massage table was wonderful and my therapist was very professional and listened to where my problem spots were. The entire experience was great and the products they use for the facial were natural and organic which is a huge plus. I will be back ladies.

Great atmosphere and super service. Krissy has done my hair for several years now, I am always happy with my hair when I leave. Everyone is very professional and friendly.

Attention to detail, pampering and great results. The people up front are friendly and efficient. This is my place to rejuvenate.

I went to Solutions to get the hair removed from my eyebrows and lip and chin line. The beautician did a wonderful job. She shaped, tweezed and trimmed my droopy brow to match the other.

The Spa was busy and professional. I experienced none of the negativity of the previous reviews. I almost didn't go here because of them. Solutions Spa was not at all like I had imagined, for the good.

A couple of unusual things. I had to provide my phone number in order for them to summon my beautician. I can see the need if I were making an appointment, but this was a walk-in situation.

Second, I asked about threading and was told that they didn't do that. As part of a conversation later I was told that there was a woman employed there who did have the threading skills. I prefer threading because it is less messy and more precise. I'd recommend they take advantage of this resource instead of hiding it.

All in all a good experience!

Got my sons hair cut and the girl cutting it did a terrible job!!! He was fussy and had to sit on my lap. She bend over to cut it and it's so uneven. It looks like he has a mullet. If something like this happens again she should NOT cut a child's hair. WAY too expensive for a crappy hair cut.

I have been going to solutions for several years now. Kristina is great. She does a great job with color and highlights. She has helped me select products that best suit my hair type and styling needs. Although I am always asked if I need any product, I have never felt pressured to purchase anything.

Refuses service to people with service dogs! And a disabled veteran no less! Would never go there and it looks like from the other reviews there are many other reasons not to.

Very unfriendly staff - adequate massage with a lot of chatter - chemical used in facial caused redness and burns - stylist did a good job with my trim, but was pushing their products and additional services. Probably should have complained to manager, but felt it was a waste of time.

I haven't lived in Kokomo for 14 years now, but this has been and will continue to be my go-to place every time I'm in town and in need of quality beauty services. I can vouch for their manicures, pedicures, and special occasion updos, but I can especially vouch for their haircuts. If you're in the market for a new stylist, I highly recommend Ashley H. She's friendly, professional, and just plain great at what she does.

The first time I went it was really nice and friendly people. It was for 2011 Super Bowl. So I went again because I thought it would be the same, I was sadly mistaken I called ahead of time set an appt. for 3pm went for mani/pani. They started my pedicure and then quit because they close at 4pm. So they didn't even do my manicure they basically put me out and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I politely said NO!! And I'm not from Kokomo so I was visiting both times. Why would they schedule an appt if they couldn't finish both manicure and pedicure. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!
