Came here around 12 am because on their google site, it shows that they closed at 2 am but after finding parking, paying to park, and walking 7 minutes in the cold over to the restaurant, it was closed.
We were extremely upset and although we were excited to get some Italian food, we ended up not going that night and went to Mi Piace across the road the next night and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - 1132001196Sep 22, 2023

The service was awful. We sat in the patio and we were there 10 minutes before anyone came and dropped off menus. Then it took another 10 minutes before anyone came and offered us water so we took the opportunity to order food. Another 10 minutes go by and no water so I go inside and offer to sit inside to make it easier. The apology seemed cavalier and the only reconciliation was to offer free sparking water after being ignored for 30 minutes. Had my son not really wanted to go there, I would have left. My son ordered dessert and they did say it was free but by that time we already felt like second class citizens. It's the second time in my life I didn't leave a tip and I have no guilt about it.

The restaurant is spacious, decor is light & inviting. We were seated immediately with no reservations!! Our servers were attentive & answered all questions. We ordered the pepperoni pizza with wild mushrooms & Italian sausage... very tasty!! Best pizza we have had in awhile! Also had the beet salad with goat cheese, excellent combination! Sorriso Restaurant & Bar is amazing! Will definitely return!!

Great place and food is good. The chicken empanadas were my favorite, also this garlic bread was really good! I've tried different dishes and the food is always solid. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the service is great and quick. On Wednesdays they have a singer and he's really good! The drinks are great and I like the booth seats.

The service here is amazing!!! The food here is over the top delicious. The bread that is brought out to the table is so good. The pesto cream sauce on the pasta was delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!!

Dined at this seafood and Italian restaurant in Downtown Pasadena this last weekend. It was pretty empty on a Sunday night at 5:30 PM. The restaurant looks clean with a welcoming atmosphere. For a party of four, we ordered the margherita pizza ($17), fettuccine alfredo ($22), linguini vongole ($28), Valenciana paella ($32), and squid ink paella ($36). They give complimentary garlic-butter bread for appetizers. The portions were good to share. Their pasta and paellas were flavorful. My favorite was the linguini vongole and Valenciana paella. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. However, the food took quite long to make. Despite us being the only party there. Other than that, we had a good dining experience.

Italian food should be real Italian food. This place is imitation of Italian food. Please get a real Italian Chef and staff. Music is great.
