This company is privately owned.
When I used to do business with the company they serviced my needs with no issues.
This is a great company if you are in need of a services that will not raise your rental fees quarterly, or up a whole $100 at the end of the year like some of the know names companies.

A K.Palos Verdes Estates, CA26243Feb 28, 2024A really great company run by really great people. So happy to have found them. My experiences with the office staff have ALL been positive and pleasant. They are very dependable. There is an employee that is there for security/monitoring around the clock. They also have a great 1 month free deal (at least at the time of this writing) and a truck that is available to help you move your stuff in. Head and shoulders above all other storage facilities I have every done business with (about 5).

Family members have rented from SB Storage twice before and been very satisfied so I felt confident renting from them. The facility is clean and secure and the staff is very good. Office staff Ashley and Gray were friendly and efficient.

When I check after 1 ye storage with my belongings , it was still same clean condition no dust so far. The management maintain the facility with higher standards, I do not want to use any storage except any other location. Staffs are kind and provide many supports including waste and handlers if I need any. Best choice among any other storage around!!!

A great place for storage! So safe, clean, good lighting. Staff excellent. Used other storages facilities and none compare to South Bay Storage. Moving carts always available.

You guys are hilarious.. you waited months to post as if you don't have my number or ignore my plea for compensation for damages done to my vehicles because of animals sleeping in my engine compartment and using my spaces for trash. Stop pretending I wasn't asked to leave with no type of refund for the damages. Get your stories rights LOSERS. You all know exactly who I am. This was months ago, not 2 weeks ago lol. Nice try.!

Custom vehicles and they could care less, but play victim when asked about my property.? Extremely unprofessional and upper management is completely lost. See you in court soon, but good luck to ANYONE who trusts these clowns. Don't say I didn't warn you.! Good luck.
