On April 15, 2022 Caleb came out to my residence to fix my BMW. He replace MAF sensor, LR wheel speed sensor, battery and syn oil change then he removed the lights on the dash and drove the car around the block, came back good. I paid cash because they charge 3% surcharge on credit cards paid $95 to check out the car and then the bill was $860 for a total of $955. The next day I took the car out and all the light immediacy went back on. I waited a couple weeks to see if the problem would fix itself it has not so I called them again and told them what happened he told me that he would be at my home between 12-4pm Tuesday May 17th I have not heard from anyone from this company. No communication thoroughly disgusted and will file a complaint with the BBB also. I do not recommend them no matter what they do not stand behind there work.

Good afternoon Joe I apologize for the bad experience you had with my company. I am just now seeing this review I did not even know Yelp existed I wish I would have seen it sooner and we could have done something for you. We are a very small business there's only two people working here there is no office staff I do not know what happened with your appointment to come back and check out the vehicle but it sounds like you did not even try to reach out after that. Something could have happened maybe somebody got into a car accident I have no idea but not being a business owner being a regular person I would have reached out again. Once again sorry for the bad experience and have a wonderful day.

These guys are totally unprofessional. They worked on my cam sensor, they didn't finish the job and refused to come back out to fix it. They jerk you around too, making appointments but not showing up and then not answering calls. They did that both on initial meetup and then just no called no showed on appointment to fix the job they didn't finish. Be very wary and bring your business to a legit shop instead!

The worst service ever by South Florida Mobile Auto! The first time I called the auto repair was 1 year ago and one of the mechanic asked me cash to put some AC in my car.
Almost a month ago I called this auto repair again to try to fix the rooftop of my convertible. When the owner came to have a look at my car he created even a bigger issue and now the top was completely stuck and I was not even able to read the odometer on the car plus not the top is completely broken.
The owner of the company told me I had to go to Chrysler to re-program the car since he had made a mistake. Also he said he would have paid for it since he was the one messing up my car !
The Chrysler itself did not know how the mechanic from South Florida Mobile Auto repair was able to create such a big issue and they were not able to fix my car. After reporting this update to the owner of south Florida mobile auto did not pay for the damage he created and he left me with a car that god knows how much money I'll have to pay to fix it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I remember you vividly and we did not create the damage to your top your top did not work when we got there it was already stuck in the up position. We had informed you that it needed to go to the dealer because it was out of our scope of work. You are correct we will not pay for something we did not create thank you have a wonderful day God bless.

Worst "mechanic" on the planet, my car was fine before he touched it, now the motor threw a rod and punched a big hole in the transmission, oil is changed every 3k with mobil 1 synthetic and has low miles, this car was my baby, now sadly it is a massive paper weight, I will be saving up the 10k to put a rebuilt motor and trans in it, I wish I would have looked into this business a little further before hiring him, I urge you to search for info using the company name and the owner's full name, if I would have taken less than a minute to look them up rather than just call, I would still be driving my baby, he doesn't have experience and training as a mechanic, if you take a minute to investigate, you will see what he has experience in, don't hand him your keys!!!

Matthew what you're saying doesn't even make any sense if you throw a rod it doesn't punch a hole in a transmission it'll punch a hole in the side of an engine so I don't know exactly what you did maybe you hit a log or a telephone pole no idea but this is a fictitious message that you wrote. You did not call this company nor did we do work for you I looked in our records.
