We offer hypnosis services for Weight Loss, Smoking Cessation, and Stress Reduction. Initially, each potential client comes in for a free screening. The screening provides an in-depth one-on-one evaluation between a hypnosis trainer and potential client. If we do not feel hypnosis, or our services, will benefit you, we will tell you during the evaluation. Upon acceptance into a program, our trainers will design a program individually customized for you, thus allowing our clients to better achieve their goals. After 4 sessions at Southeast Hypnosis, I am a size smaller and feel terrific! I am much more aware of the food choices that I am making and the amount of exercise that I'm getting." Diane W., Pearland, TX "I am feeling in control of my life. Choices for food are improving and I am eating less and (more) healthy foods. I have lost 32 lbs in 6 weeks." Bill J., Friendswood, TX Today as the end of session 3 and I am so excited that so far I have already lost one pant size! I have found it easy to eat healthy, drink lots of water, eat less food, walk every day; and all the time enjoying it. I have found that I do not want to eat any junk food-the idea of it is no longer appetizing. I am looking forward to the next week of continued weight loss and increasing feelings of confidence and energy." Juliane C., Dickinson, TX…

I was in her "mentorship" program for about 6 months which began in 2019. And yes this was nearly 4 years ago and I still am irritated enough to write this review. The "program" consisted of me paying her $391 per month which consisted of some book studies, movie studies, and her breaking me down to "build me up" before I was ready to do any "work" - during this time, she manipulated me into thinking that my Masters in counseling meant nothing, that I didn't know anything, told me that I thought of myself as a Beauty queen Sigmund Freud. She was sooo disrespectful and rude that I still think about the aggravation and trauma she caused me. All while I was manipulated into paying her to do it! She is a manipulative thief. I don't know how she sleeps at night. DONT GIVE HER YOUR MONEY OR WASTE YOUR TIME AND EMOTIONAL ENERGY.

I had a great experience going through a training program with Rose. The techniques I learned in the four day seminar have really helped me become more self aware and remove the perceived obstacles.

I highly recommend Rose and her team at Southeast Hypnosis Center.

Fake! Fake! Fake!! Went to her a few years back and it was a lot of money wasted! Please don't make same mistake I did. She made stare at a blue light and listen to this relaxing recording and charged me $250. It's a joke!

So I went in because I was noticing that I had moved from a casual smoker (only when drinking) to feeling a compulsion to smoke at other times. Also, I was having other issues. I learned that my compulsion and eating issues were linked to stress, and after more conversation, a lack of self-confidence. After working with the team for just a few weeks, I was surprised to see I began to feel more confident in dealing with life's problems (rather than feel overwhelm all the time!), and I no longer felt the compulsion to smoke or overeat. Following the program really works, and is definitely something worth pursuing and sticking with. (I still listen to the tapes periodically!)

Our son has spent years in therapy for an anxiety disorder; and we have spent literally thousands of dollars with very highly credentialed professionals (no behavioral health coverage at work grr).

We were hopeless and he was even more hopeless.

Just a few sessions with Dr. Nise and we have a new child!

As we were leaving the last time I could tell my son was sad, I asked him why. He said "I wish there was something I could do for Dr. Julie, she gave me my life back". I'm not given to tears, but that got me close.

I have struggled with social anxiety disorder / panic attacks for over 10 years prior to meeting Dr. Julie Nise. I sought out the "experts" in the field of Psychology and even went to a researcher at UT Southwest in Dallas that was studying seratonin levels and brain activity in anxiety patients. I saw two licensed psychologists and two licensed psychiatrists and all followed the "standard of care" the insurance companies and medical society requires them to. The result, well let's talk about your feelings and bad stuff that happened in your childhood and try the following list of SSRI drugs prescribed for depression / anxiety. I was prescribed the following list of drugs over about 7 years:
      Buspar
      Prozac
      Paxill
      Effexor
      Lexapro
      Klonopin
I had horrible reactions to Prozac, Paxill and several other SSRI drugs I can't even remember and could not tolerate the side effects longer than 2 days. I stayed on effexor for about a year before it no longer worked and remained on Lexapro for about 3 years with good results until one day the side effects came back and i discontinued use. I started a new stressful job and boom the anxiety was back worse that ever. Desparate I found a doctor that prescribed Klonapen (sp?) and since it is similar to Xanex it definitely slows you down and you can sleep but it does nothing to solve the root of the problem.

Thank God I saw Dr. Nise's sign one day heading to work and skeptical but desperate I scheduled and appointment. After going through her hypnosis therapy for about 4 weeks (only 5 sessions) I now have the ability to control my anxiety.
This is a real brain chemistry issue proven to me by a great medical "holistic" Dr. in Webster when he tested my neurotransmitter levels via blood, urine and saliva tests that has been almost totally cured with Hypnosis. I am walking proof and will be forever indebted to Dr. Julie and her incredible skills and devotion to SOLVING problems not talking about them and prescribing meds that make pharma companies rich!
As the previous post states she changed my life and gave me the ability to understand and control anxiety / panic attacks with self hypnosis.
      Thank you Dr. Nise!!!

Dr. Nise is a perceptive, and personable individual. I was impressed with her initial interview, and felt that she really knew how to solve my anxiety issues. I went to four sessions, and every time I was put in a room with headphones on and told to listen to a cd. They came and got me when it was over, and gave me a copy, and I went home with homework to listen to the cd as much as possible. They were helpful, but only one of them was geared towards the actual issue of anxiety. Other than the two minutes I spent with Dr. Nise while she put the cd in the player, I never really saw her. She makes a lot of money (over $1000 for 4 sessions) to give people cd's and put them in a quiet room. I felt cheated at the end, and wished I had just ordered the cds from amazon and saved a ton of money. I'm sure she's helped some people, but for me, the results were not worth the cost.

I went here for several reasons. At first I was impressed with the Dr. She seemed to understand a lot after a short interview. Things turned when discussing options and I could tell she was using things she learned in our initial interview to pressure the big sale and options. I should have gone with my gut and walked away but she seemed to have a lot of success stories. I soon learned I paid for a very expensive CD set that I made appts to listen to. I was giving it my focus but every time I went in she tried to push me in totally different areas instead of my main focus. Even after saying no she would give me stuff to do towards it even after saying no problem. I told her I was not comfortable enough to proceed in that direction. I eventually stopped going as it was just too uncomfortable. I paid well over 1600 and did not even get the remaining CD set and workbooks promised for that course. Perhaps part of it too was never feeling totally relaxed which is extremely important for this kind of work because of her dog that roamed the office and not trained to not bother patients that did not want to be bothered. I would not recommend her services or office environment. I feel cheated out of a large sum of money and hope this helps others find a better solution.

I smoked 1-2 packs per day for 11 years..... I had tried everything to try and quit (the gum, patch, electronic ciggarretts, cold turkey) with no success.... After my treatment here I am happy.... No, I AM ELATED TO BE FREE FROM CIGGARRETTS!! Julie was very nice and no non-sense.... She doesn't beat around the bush and she tells it like it is. The hypnosis itself is very relaxing. You don't go into a "trance" or anything like that. You are completely aware of everything going on; the only difference is that you are more relaxed and receptive than you normally are. If you smoke and you are serious about quitting then go see Julie RIGHT NOW!! DON'T WAIT! YOU CAN BE SMOKE FREE LIKE ME!!
