I was a long time customer when Devon Grow was owner/operator and helped get his business off and running. Devin was referred to me by Frog Prince. After 5 years he could not return texts or messages to complete my water features he built and never worked correctly. Devon was to return the following month and 9 months later he returned, only. to. go M.I.A. again and then I found Devon then sold his business. The new owner/operator Wesley Robert and his wife & child came out and increased his maintenance fee to do the same monthly maintenance by $300+ more than I had previously been paying. Wesley had his assistant come out to repair a float on my back feature and he broke and disconnected the water line. I tried several times to have the water line to the float replaced and all I got were crickets! NO return calls, no emails, NOTHING! I would not recommend SOAP as you never know the quality or stability of this person. He is new to pond building and maintenance and no portfolio to guide by. Wesley asks for union wages and does not show he is worth the costs. NOT dependable and wants to support himself, wife and a couple other workers on our dime. Find someone else for your work. I am so disappointed in Devon and now Wesley.
