Southern Style Bistro

I was getting my tires necessarily fixed so walked over to get some food and drink. Beer wise they had to options. But it's Saturday and this was never a plan so I'm invested at this . They had a birthday party going on but the space is so big I didn't even seem them until I walked all the way back to the bar to see them around the corner. The stage has a pole which is more to say about how the space is then anything. Like your auntie and uncle turn up space where too see someone momma hit the best moves on the dance floor but in a family reunion way.

When the food came I didn't know what to expect. I did 2 meats 2 sides. But after one bite of the fries I knew this was about to be a hit. It was. I also got the bbq chicken. I was not a fan of it as it felt dry but it doesn't matter cause those ribs was the hit. It was like going to a cookout at your friends house and the husband was generous with how he loves on the ribs. It was everything.

So in the end I would definitely come maybe back for the food alone.

Strong drinks, great music! It's a hidden gem! The owners are amazing the food was sooooo good. I'm surprised more people don't know about this place. This was definitely a place I will go back to!!!

Ribs were very tough, the membrane was still attached I'm sure that's why. I did not receive the sides I ordered and the sides sent were extremely salty.

Went here a few years ago when they reopened under another name....unfortunately nothing has changed at all. Still poor service and selection of beer. How do you run out of beer before the weekend even starts for real? People keep raving about this spot but I don't see it. I guess things kick off after midnight or something. Sorry, this spot is not a spot for me.

Visit this lounge very frequently. The staff is wonderful like an extended family. Food is great southern with a "kick" taste. Please try the fried broccoli.

Don't let the the fact this place is in a strip mall detract from some excitement bbq. Excellent brisket! Great experience!

Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes were sooo nasty. Worst I've ever had !! I should of listened to the man next to me when he returned his Mac and cheese. I thought he was being dramatic until I tasted mine.

Food is delicious with the perfect amount of seasoning!!!!! I appreciate the love that the staff showed us!!!!! Drinks on point & so is the DJ!!!! If you want to go to a spot where they treat you like Fam -this is the spot!!!!

First time trying and I was very disappointed. I ordered the bbq chicken, which states I would get 4 pieces, it was only 3. I could tell chicken wasn't fresh. It had probably been cook days before and just heated up and bbq sauce throw on it. Collard greens had no seasoning or taste & was just floating in water. Lastly, the yams had way to much cinnamon. I'm definitely a food person, I eat & give all restaurants a try but this just was it.
