If I could add ZERO stars I would!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service, late all the time OR expects you to be ready to leave the house as soon as they arrive even if 15-10 mins early for scheduled pick up, even started honking one time when I needed a ride to the cities early morning at 5am!!! And if you get told that "my wife if picking you up" just cancel and tell them forget it because that lady is the worse one!! Just STAY AWAY and spend the extra $$ with the other companies.

The driver was picking up a resident where I live. He pulled up and parked right in a handicapped parking spot. I confronted him about it and he basically blew me off and said, "I'm sorry you feel that way, dude". He didn't move until I went to the back of his vehicle and was looking at his license plate. Not the first time this company has parked where they shouldn't be. Very rude person. I will never go through them if I need a ride.

First of all, it's not illegal to stop/stand in a handicapped parking place; it's illegal to park (I e. leave car unattended). It's illegal to park, stand, or stop in the aisle, blocking the flow of traffic. We try to avoid using handicapped parking spots if at all possible, but sometimes there are no other parking spots. It's also not a good idea to block traffic either, which is illegal. Both times I was waiting for a client to come out. Both times I became aware of your presence when you pounded loudly on my car with your fist. The second time, I told you to call the police, as I was doing absolutely nothing illegal, and your repeated behavior was harassment. However, the client came out and I was busy and needed to go. Altogether I was standing in the handicapped spot for no more than 30 seconds. I was planning to talk to your boss to complain about your repeated rudeness and harassment, but meanwhile numerous residents complained to your boss about harassment, etc. and you were fired. You're entitled to your own opinion but not your own facts.

One of the drivers didn't make a complete stop this morning and blew through a stop sign. The amount of accidents that this business has been in is ridiculous and if I hadn't completely stopped and slammed on my breaks there would've been another one. I called and tried to talk to the driver and he said "no I didn't and I'm sick of arguing with you asshole" and then hung up on me. If you value safety I would go anywhere but here. 10/10 do NOT recommend using them. If the owner would like to reach out to me. I'd be happy to talk to him.
