The service I received from the owner Dave Darby was outstanding. I was having issues with my pool from a prior attempt of repair and chlorine issues from my former "pool guy". Dave called me the same evening to discuss options and personally came out the next day and had the situation under control and a game plan to get my pool up and running without emptying the pool. He then returned again to go thru all pool equipment to make sure it was running properly. My pool hasn't been this clear and clean in quite some time. His company is now cleaning my pool weekly. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to be treated so fairly with exceptional customer service.

Dave is a miracle worker! He made my swamp of a green pool sparkling blue and Swim Ready in only 1 week. Admittedly, I neglected my pool over the winter months and before I knew it, I had a swamp for a pool. I knew it was going to cost a good chunk of change to make it blue again. After calling around to several companies, a few gave me prices over the phone but most said they had to see it first and wouldn't be available to come look at it for at least a week or 2. So I reached out to a friend who recently had the same problem and ask her who she used. She referred me to Dave at Oasis. He personally answered my call, gave me a quote over the phone; which was right in-line with the other quotes I had recieved; with the exception that the monthly service fees for maintenance were MUCH lower than everyone else. I immediately said DEAL when can you start?! He showed up that same day and started the process. I saw immediate results the difference was like night and day, he had it looking like new and it was swim ready within a week. Besides being a great financial value, the customer service is outstanding. Dave is very friendly and professional. You cannot go wrong by choosing to go with this company for your pool servicing needs.
