One of his best talents is his ability to tailor our workouts to my specific needs. He took the time to understand my fitness level, my goals, aches, and pains. He created workouts that are challenging but achievable. Using his expertise, he solved some annoying issues I have been working on for some time. I also appreciated his positive attitude and his willingness to answer all my questions.
