Love my knotless braids and the ladies did a great job getting it done quickly. Fun relaxed atmosphere. Feels like you are hanging with besties. They made sure to talk to me about maintenance before I left.

I had braids another time from another place and was given no follow up information.

We have a bad habit of getting haircuts while on vacation; apparently, we need to work on freeing up our schedule while at home? Anyway, we were browsing shops along Commercial--definitely a great afternoon thing to do, and noticed this shop. Figured why not pop in. So glad we did. It's a beautiful shop.

I found the website where you can make appointments ahead of time. For less complex services, it seems you can walk-in, as that's what we did:

1. For natural hair braids it says it includes a full shampoo service and I did not get my hair washed.

2. I asked for straight back braids and the parts in between the braids were curved and not straight. Session felt rushed and not thorough.

3. I get my hair braided all the time and work in the service industry and I will say when I walked in nobody greets you asks you how you doing, and the quality of work was not very good per experiences I've had with other braiders.

Hope you guys can use this to tighten up.

Very Unprofessional when it comes to booking stylist Eliza was more than 30 minutes late, Didn't have the hair for passion twist which my appointment was set for it. Then asked if I wanted to reschedule after I drove an 1hr and 30 minutes which was out of question. Then was asked what other style I wanted told Eliza that I could do Senegalese twist instead she told me she didn't have enough time due to her having another appointment even though she was late to mines, She then showed me Havana twist, I asked would these work for me due to my hair being short and natural she assured me it would. After my hair was done I noticed a lot of my hair sticking out of the twist she said she trimmed it. Once I left and went home my husband noticed all the hair out and I called to get a resolution but only to be told it was my fault due to not rescheduling and they can't redo my hair because of the length and texture. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if your not getting your natural hair braided or locs retwisted PLEASE find another shop !

Great experience! Not only was Champale on time, she did a great job on my starter locs! Me and my lady went, so she had 2 appointments back to back. High energy, along with great conversation from her and the co-owner, I highly recommend! I'll be back for routine maintenance.

So not only do they make you pay a deposit to book an appointment but they were 40 minutes late just to tell me to come back in 45! It was scheduled to be started at 11am and it's now 2pm and they're JUST NOW telling me to reschedule. Very unprofessional and would not recommend if you value your time.
