I called in to cancel my appointment. I cancelled within the 24 hour window. The lady who took my call was extremely rude and told me I couldn't reschedule my cleaning until end of May. I was shocked. I even asked "not until May?" She said yes very snarky. I've never had an issue getting in quickly here. The lady said I'll put you on the cancellation list and said thank you bye with a mean tone and hung up on me. I felt lied to so my husband called right then to get a cleaning and they offered him 2 appointments the next week on the same day!!!!! This was within a couple a minutes of me being hanged up on. I called to speak with a manager. The manager was apologetic, but pretty much made up 100 excuses why this person treated me so poorly. Told me I was lucky to get in the next week. I still don't believe that. I didn't want to cancel, but I had to and it was within the 24 window they require. I don't feel better after talking to the manger.

These guys are quick and easy! I've gone to two different dentist here and love their work.

Never have to wait long to get into my appointment. Friendly staff. Latest equipment. I had to go in with my baby one time and when he started fussing one of the assistants held him until i was done. That is great customer service! Love them!

Okay so let me just start off by saying that this place was great in terms of my husbands root canal, he had a great experience. I'm very grateful for that, but I have to say the financial portion of it was frustrating. My husband was given an estimate for the root canal and it wasn't bad at all. Okay so day of root canal the cost is 200.00 more than the estimate we were given previously. It was a lot more than the estimate. So I called and I was told it was a glitch in their computer or mistake on their part entering our Insurance information. Okay, so I know what an estimate is, but this was far off because of them. Luckily we are in a position to pay the 200.00 they were off, but not everybody can do that, nor did we want to. There wasn't an offer from them to take the percentage they were wrong about either. I'm going to just be grateful my husband had a good experience, but it was frustrating that they didn't seem to care they were wrong on the financial part.

This is a highly professional Dental Clinic. The Dentists and Staff are quite friendly and accommodating to the needs of their patients. Everyone there seems to be genuinely interested in the patients and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and appreciated. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for great care, personal service, friendly staff, and very welcoming.

Amazing staff and amazing dentists! They always address our concerns and are very efficient. They're great with kids and my kids LOVE going!

I love this office! It is a larger office but still has a friendly small-town feel to it. They remember our family every time we come in and treat us like friends. The dentists are excellent and gentle and the staff is friendly and helpful. Will never go anywhere else.
