The Square One Event Center, on the ground floor of this quaint building built in the 1920's is perfect for any of your special event needs including Rehearsal Dinners, Retirement Parties, Bridal Showers & Parties, Retirement Parties and Birthday Parties. Square One Event Center features a full catering prep area located in the rear of the facilities that is complete with a commercial refrigerator, freezer and a full size catering warming cabinet and accessible back entrance for caterers. A separate bar entertainment area is located in the front of the space with a full bar sink, kegerator, beverage refrigerator and ice machine. Additionally the building has full surround sound with a large pull down projection screen perfect for any of your holiday or gameday watching parties. Unique to our downtown location is private parking. Square One also a features a cozy, stylish loft apartment located above the Event Space with its own private entrance. This stylish three bedroom, two bath loft can sleep up to 8 with 3 queen-sized beds and one pullout sofa. During Aggie gameday weekends, within walking distance from the Loft, there is convenient access to a free Texas A&M Gameday Shuttle Service that runs 2 hours pre-game to 1 hour post-game from Kyle Field. Im extremely happy that we made the right choice! Jen was amazing!!!! She above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have a successful shower! Everything went well! Beautiful facility! Price was great ! Timely refund of deposit! Staff on hand ! Thanks Jen

Event director, Cady King worked with me to make sure everything came off without a hitch. I had a digital slideshow of my husband's life & career shown on the event space wall while guests ate, drank & visited with one another while his favorite music played in the background on an iPad from a Pandora station.
If you are looking for an event space for 30-65 people with food serving, bar area, with onsite parking for very reasonable rates, this is the place for you. They have two restrooms, commercial refrigerator, warming cabinet & kegerator. They also have added an outdoor beer garden but we did not use this space as it was a very hot day.
All of our guests remarked what a charming and perfect place for such an event and we're glad they came.

We worked with Jen who was amazing, she made sure absolutely everything was taken care of. Communication is fabulous. I had nothing but compliments from my guests after the wedding about my venue choice. 100% recommend and would do it all again!
