What a friendly pharmacy with personal service!!
I came in for a Covid test and the process was quick and easy.
I spoke to the Pharmacist and he assured me that this wasn't the scrape your brain kinda test and that helped so much.
I was tested in the car and received a phone call from Josh to tell me the results in addition to an email.
In comparison when I tested positive last year at Urgent Care no one called me, even though the site said they would..
The personal touch was unexpected and very nice.
Will be back for my booster and think I'm going to switch from Walgreens.
Check out this local business with a friendly touch!!Helpful 12Thanks 0Love this 8Oh no 0 - Megan H.Saint Louis, MO018Apr 13, 2022

This pharmacy is the best! My boyfriend and I came here to get our COVID booster and we forgot our COVID vaccine cards (I know, rookie mistake) but the staff was so kind and accommodated to our needs! They made the vaccination process quick and painless! Plus, we got a little COVID vaccine card holder with our booster. Seriously, go to STL Hills Pharmacy for your vaccinations.

Staff was very patient and helpful. They helped me when other pharmacies would not. They are understanding and worked with me when they didn't have to.

I thought I'd support a small locally owned business near me and have my medication sent to this pharmacy. I had a VERY common medication sent to this pharmacy on 9/14 and called to check on it after it was sent. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes by a lady and then I called back and a man with an accent answered. He told me it'd be ready in an hour. I said perfect. I get off of work at 5pm and they close at 6pm. I haven't been able to make it there but finally went today on 9/16 and the pharmacist seems as if he didn't want to help me initially and even asked somebody else to help me. She didn't even want to help me so he continued the transaction. He asks for my insurance and walks away from me a few times. Just as I'm finally getting it pulled up, he tells me they do not have the medication. How do you all NOT have my medication when I was told you did and would fill my prescription 2 days ago?? You all don't know what is going on in one's life and are refusing to fill a very important medication because "they had no insurance listed" DUH I've never been there. This place will never see my business again.... Thanks for nothing but wasted time. Would rate 0 stars if possible.
