Staley's Body Shop

They did an amazing job with my car following an accident! It looks so much better than before, looks brand new, and they even took the time to clean and vacuum the inside!!

They were very patient with me. Reported the damages and received quotes in September. Due to cataract surgery in October, did not want to rent a car until my eyes were equal. Staley's completed the body work yesterday. Excellent job! All reps wonderful to deal with. Hope I don't need them again, but if I do they are my choice!

A few weeks ago my wife and I hit a deer on the way home. There was extensive damage to her van, and given my wife and her family have used Staley's for many years this was the first place we wanted to take her van to get fixed. After all the claims and rental, we brought the van to the shop to get work started after initial estimates were made. After all the repairs, which took only a few days, we picked the van up. It looked like new, but once we got home, we noticed there were more very noticeable scratches and paint from either another car, or item in shop. Also certain seals by window were not repaired correctly and looked like they were shoved with a flat head. These scratches were not made by us prior to bringing van to shop. My wife called and explained, and the owner told her to bring it by the next day to get looked at. After her meeting, dropped van and next day picked her vehicle back up. They seemed polite, but slightly annoyed we came back to have damages done by their body shop techs repaired. After we got the van and looked at the scratches, they only applied a body filler material, and a sealer, which only made the scratches smooth, but still noticeable. And the one big scratch on the opposite side was covered by what looked like nail polish. The seals by window were "repaired" I suppose, but only looked worse. They did clean the car inside which was nice, but they left foot prints by what seemed power or dust on the steering wheel and all over the floor. This might not seem like a major deal to some, but when a mistake is covered up and tried to get away without us noticing, or performing a poor repair the second time, we will no longer give Staley's our business. I am not impressed by speed of repairs, I would have waited two weeks for it to be done correctly.
