Had my window smashed in a few years back and they did an awesome job, best price in the area. I live in Portland now and a rock hit my windshield and I called and the owner answered and said he could make any time work- their estimate was the best price I could find including the Portland area. Plus they were happy to have me call again. Always feel very appreciated going here and they are always very hospitable. Because of my experience I just referred a friend here today.

Do not use this business!!! They are thieves!! I have now had to resort to small claims court. They had no problem taking my money. When I canceled 24 hours later I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee. No problem. A week later when I finally got my refund after going in every day for a week i was given a check... oh wait it was a fraudulent check. I have reported this company to the DOJ, BBB, and I have filed a small claims case, all of which they have ignored. If you use this company be warned, if you have any issue at all you may find yourself in the same boat.!!!

Only giving one star because I have to to leave this review. I recently went to state auto glass to pick up a window and the customer service was none existent. The guy who helped me looked like he had just rolled out of bed and had no idea about my window.

Awesome customer service. We droped our car off and found out it was going to take a bit longer then planed. This was a bit of an inconvenience because we didn't have a way to pick the car up at this later time.
Speedy glass payed for a cab ride back to pick up the car. I thought that was pretty awesome of them.
Pulse lifetime warranty!

I had an issue with my passenger side window. I had called and spoke with Natalie, late afternoon on Monday. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, understanding and sweet she was very upfront about the price and let me know what all to expect. I was able to drop my car off that morning and my car was done in the afternoon. I loved the work they did it was very efficient but above all, the customer service was fantastic and a place I will recommend to many others!

Fast service and at a fraction of the price of the local competitors! What more can I say?

Working out of an old gas station located at the corner of 21st and State St, these guys will do you right in auto glass repair.

My work truck needed a new window, and after calling the day before, they had a window installed the next day for me. Not only that, but the window arrived with a scratch in it, and after calling me to see if I wanted a new window or would accept the one with the scratch, I was given a $30 credit for taking the scratched window. I like that they called first and not just installed it against my wishes.

They had my car from opening in the morning until well into the evening at 6 before they even started on the job to replace my windshield and I had made the appointment a month ahead of time due to me living out of state. In addition, they didn't allow the car to sit before driving to give the seal time to cure. When I called to try get a copy of the warranty, the receptionist Natalie was quite rude and unwilling to resolve the issue, she sounded as though she had just woken up. I chose to take my car to State because of the online reviews, boy was that a mistake! If I had to do it over again, I would have paid the few extra dollars to get better service and quality work.

Insurance quoted over $300 for our newer Jeep Grand Cherokee's windshield - Ouch! So glad our friend Ron recommended Augi @State Auto Glass.

Thank God we found Augi! (and Natalie :0) Our windshield was only $200 installed. I didn't want to wait the two hours for the install so they even drove me to the downtown mall (and picked me up!!)

Professional, friendly, reasonably priced and Above/Beyond excellent customer service. Oh, and did I mention a lifetime warranty on our windshield? Yes!!
Definitely check with State Auto Glass the next time you need your windshield repaired. They also provide a Mobile service that will come to you. Win/Win!
