I first found this business here on yelp for an emergency window fix. My passenger window kept sliding down and wouldn't stay rolled up. David was the only person to contact me asap and took my car in on the same day. David got the job done in under 2 hours for an affordable price. We discussed other issues I was having with my windows not being able to roll down and also replacing my cracked windshield for another visit. He told me to call ahead so that the parts for my car would be available. Months later I went back in to get the project done. My car was ready before the end of the day. David makes it easy to communicate and schedule. I also appreciate that he showed me the parts that were replaced and explained after care. I definitely recommend this business!

The owner had my windshield in stocks.
I got there and he went right to work on my 2023 Nissan Rogue.
This is the 2nd time I have come to them.

Best service experience. I called another company in San Diego. They told me I had to bring in the car and it would take 3-4 hours, because they had to reconfigure my windshield camera. I did not have 3-4 hours. So I looked for another company, came upon State Auto Glass. They came to my office within a hour, and completed the service with in another hour. This was about two months ago. Windshield camera works great, still beeps at me all the time when I'm to close to a car. My conclusion is that since new cars have cameras on windshields, some companies want to take advantage of insurance companies and charge more to reconfigure the camera. The gentleman that did my service explained everything to me and reassured me. I am really happy and totally recommend State Auto Glass.

Great experience! Called for a quote and it was the best one. He was super friendly and communicated when he would arrive. He came to my house when he said he would. Being reliable and actually showing up on time is very respectable. Took less then an hour and it looks great! I have a brand new windshield and would definitely recommend!! Thank you!

AMAZING service! I've had a crack in my windshield for over 6 months now and have just been dreading getting it replaced, thinking it would be a huge hassle. Finally looked online for a windshield replacement service today, found David / State Auto Glass, called him and got a quote instantly (lowest quote in San Diego, I daresay), and he arrived at my house within an hour and replaced the glass within 30 minutes. So fast, so easy, can't believe I didn't do this sooner. All for less than $300 with simplified payment through Venmo. HIGHLY recommend!

I have a 2006 BMW 325i which was very recently broken into. The person had completely smashed both windows on the drivers side. I had no idea who to call or where to go, especially being new to San Diego. But David and his company (State Auto Glass) was an answer to prayer. After explaining my situation, I was immediately given a very reasonable & affordable quote to replace both windows. David arrived at my house within an hour and fixed / replaced both windows within an hour and a half of his arrival! I didn't have to lift a finger! I got a chip in my windshield about a full dime size. I call them and David came out within two hours and fixed the chip. The price was affordable fast and friendly.
