Stay Dry Roofing

I called Stay Dry Roofing, gave them my address, and Daniel came out to inspect and estimate the next day. He messaged me with a time window and showed up right on time. It sounds really simple, but not all contractors and roofers are that responsive and easy to work with.

I explained a leak that I was experiencing that I thought was from my flashing, but Daniel helped me use a hose to verify where exactly the leak was coming from. Daniel climbed on the roof to do a visual inspection and was very transparent and thorough. He explained that the issue was probably from missing stucco and not due to the roof itself since the roof was in pretty good shape.

Daniel was knowledgeable, honest, and explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand. He didn't try to upsell me to a full roof replacement I didn't need, instead he helped me find and fix my leak. If you're experiencing any kind of leak or other roof issues, I highly recommend Daniel at Stay Dry Roofing.

With all this rain we had an emergency, water was coming in through our sky skylight. When I contacted them they came over right away. The guys got up on the roof and did a thorough assessment even taking pictures. Unfortunately, the problem was not roof or shingle related so they kindly referred me to a contractor for the help I need, they were friendly and efficient. I appreciate their honesty and help!! I'm keeping the number for any future roofing needs, I trust Javier and his Team.

I called Javier to check why I am having leaks from my roof. Javier was decent respectful and professional. He gave me a fair estimate and didn't make use of the fact that I am having leaks. He did a very good job and was responsive to my concerns. His team work for him and he was with them daily on the roof working and supervising. He is an experienced roofer and not just a manager. Finally I have no leaks anymore.

I have had multiple experiences with Stay Dry Roofing and Javier Garcia the Owner.
My latest was an estimate for my parents home I'm Laguna Woods. I called and spoke with Jeff and he was able to get me an appointment that next day. Javier came out measured the roof and then showed my parents a wide range of styles and colors.
After they chose Javier did the rest. He pulled the permit, tore off and dumped the old roof and replaced it with an amazing new roof with a 50 year guarantee. It looks likes my rental roof will be next to be done by Stay Dry Roofing.

I met Javier at a neighbor's across the street while he and Jose were replacing their roof. Our home was built in the late 80's and most of the houses roofs looked really bad.
We knew ours needed replacing as well. He came over and gave us a free estimate. I hate to admit but we had some estimates done two years ago and the prices shocked us. Stay Dry Roofing's estimate was not nearly as high as the others and Javeir even had his General Manager Jeff contact me about their Government Incentive Programs. It was so easy to qualify and we now have one of the prettiest houses on the block with no out of pocket costs and easy monthly payments we can afford.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. From the first initial contact and through the completion of work these guys were some of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Their customer service is outstanding. The response time, workmanship, and clean-up was very impressive. Made the horrible experience of a roof leak go extremely smooth. I highly recommend Jeff, Javier and their crew.

The owner, Javier, came out and looked at my roof.
Then . . nothing.
No quote. I waited politely for a few days before calling the company where I spoke with Jeff. Jeff said they must have the wrong email, so I gave him my email again.
5 days later, I called again and Jeff said they must have the wrong email. I explained that we'd already been through this. I expect the email excuse is at the top of his list and usually works; but he barely missed a beat, his next excuse being that they've been so busy and my quote must have been overlooked. He promised it would follow ASAP. That was about 6 weeks ago.

If a roofing company doesn't wan't to take a job, and that is certainly their right, they should have the courtesy to let the client know upfront so the client can move on. It is cowardly to leave people hanging.

I called for a quote and the guy on the phone was fantastic. Made an appointment, even called to move the appointment up when there was a cancellation. That's when the good news stopped... The gentleman that showed up, Jose, arrived before the expected time. I was not home yet, he got up on the roof, and was waiting to tell me I needed a new roof. He could not repair. He was so dry. I am bummed and getting another quote.

Javier and his helper arrived on time on a Saturday when the temps were 90 to 100 degrees. They proceeded to work all day to complete the job. The work looks very nice and I no longer have a leak on my front porch. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company. Also Jeff, the person answering the phone, was very polite and set up the appointments that worked with our schedule.
