Steadman provided an estimate to add some additional sections to our existing fence. They came as scheduled for the estimate and provided the estimate fairly quickly. However, when it came to scheduling the actual work, they kept pushing the date (originally scheduled for mid-June - not completed until August).

And (multiple times) they just didn't show up on the scheduled day - with no communication.

Finally, when they did arrive, they actually did nice work. I'm happy with the results. I was ready to forgive the scheduling issues, but then came the invoicing.

I had paid half up-front. The day they finished the work I received the invoice for the second half which I planned to pay within the week.

The invoice due date was the same date as the invoice issue date. So, the day after I received the invoice, it was immediately marked as "overdue". I received multiple automated emails about an "overdue invoice" and the owner called twice to check on payment status with a few days of receiving the invoice.

Very disappointing.

Have contacted Kyle several times by email and text. Claimed he's been busy and that he'd answer emails as soon as possible. NOTHING!

Then claimed he had jury duty and would reply to emails the next day. Nothing.

He said he'd send a contract and would need a down payment. No contract. No communications. Said he never received my emails.

Looking elsewhere. Nice guy, but nice guys need to have followup and proper response time.

Then I ask a few questions because I'm limited on funds for each project I have for my new home
To find no reply Finally got the reply almost week laterSaying he was away from his PC for two days Got my answer I finally said ok he said he would draw up the contract I would have it in two dayFYI I'm still waiting for that contract
I finally emailed him yesterday asking if he was still interested in the job Still nothing another week.Hey I know business can get busy but old school here the customer comes first.
Unless your rude or down right nasty to the business and its employees is the only reason
To not reply which I was not
I'm from new Jersey and I've never see any business done this way.
DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY
I now have to search for another company to install a fence definitely plan on getting more the one estimate this time.
FYI Kyle don't be picky on your bread and butter
Your area has plenty of business doing the same types jobs which means you should be thankful to get what you can.
Plus two bad reviews is not a good way to start.

This guy is bad news. We agreed on a project and price and then he never showed. He wouldn't answer his phone . A big waste of my time. I suspect some kind of substance issue. I wish I came here first because it shows a definitive pattern. Save your time and your breath and go somewhere else!

TERRIBLE COMPANY! STAY AWAY! This is the first negative review i have ever written but if i could give them a zero i would! Really disappointed. Was Referred over to this company from a bunch of people. A guy named Kyle came over and did an estimate on Thursday. I was told I would have the estimate emailed to me by Thursday night, Thursday night came and went and it was never sent. I called Friday and I was told I would get the estimate emailed to me on Friday, and Friday came and want no estimate. It is now Saturday, so i call Saturday morning and no answer. INSTEAD I GET A TEXT!! Kyle was extremely unprofessional and sent me a text saying "can i help you" i texted him back saying i am still waiting for my estimate. He then texted saying he didn't want to do business with me because I was "rude". I guess calling to see if your estimate was emailed to you WHEN HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO IT is considered rude these days! I told him asking if an estimate was sent is not rude that it is rude as a business to over promise and under deliver he then sent about 5 texts telling me how hard he works and that he is putting in 12 hour days. WHAT?? join the rest of America!! If Kyle would of just told me he needed more time to get an estimate together I WOULD OF COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD instead it was empty promises and now they are lying. I would highly recommend you do NOT do business with this company!! I will be taking all my projects elsewhere!

Awesome work! Got my project done quickly, efficiently and beautifully! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any home improvement done! Trustworthy, creative and friendly!

He seemed nice enough...however he never provided an estimate when he said he would. Upon asking when we could expect the estimate...he became irate. I had a big job...I guess he just wasn't interested.
