Ordered the Hummingbird Surprise Bouquet but the Hummingbird vase insert which was the main feature of the order was missing. I called the store and the manager said they didn't have it so they sent the order without it. When I explained to him that nobody informed me about the unavailability of the item, especially since it was the main reason I ordered the setting, he claimed that the store has a replacement policy when an item is not available. I clarified to him that such a policy applies to flowers not to vase inserts. He then became belligerent, claiming that "because I am from Brooklyn I complain on purpose just to get money back". Eventually he said that when the Hummingbird vase insert becomes available in 5-7 days he will resend the arrangement. More than two weeks passed and none arrived. I played the recording of the conversation to my credit card company and they agreed I can put it on dispute for the full amount (even if "I am from Brooklyn").

I have been shopping Stefans florist since I was a store owner in Cedarhurst New York 25 years ago The manager Nick. is amazing ! He is very professional and eager to help his customer. The flowers they have are exquisite I highly recommend Stefans florist for anyone who wants quality and great service thank you for bringing happiness to all those I've loved and lost and I will continue to be a loyal customer. I have been visiting Stefans every Friday for the past several months to buy flowers before Shabbat. On a weekly basis I am greeted by the friendly staff who work within my budget to create a beautiful arrangement! More recently, I ordered low centerpieces for a table which were absolutely stunning (photo attached) and lasted nearly two weeks. Highly recommend Stefans for their friendly customer service, beautiful flowers and fair price point.

So, I placed an order of Dance with me bouquet with red roses deluxe TEV12-5B at 7:30am. It is now 6:05 and you leave me a voicemail stating that you are closed and that my order wasn't going to be delivered today. It's my mother's birthday flowers that I have sent every year and this is the first time in as long as I can remember that she didn't get flowers from me for her birthday. This is also the first and last time that I use your services after a friend's recommendations. I am very disappointed. All of the arrangements for our wedding were perfect and bountiful!! I was so pleased with the service and attentiveness to all of my requests. The flowers arrived early and just as we planned. I can't say enough good things about them

Ordered flower's for Mother's Day 2020 through their online service and received a confirmation email. The delivery never came. I didn't receive any email, phone call or any other form of communication. I sent them an email and a phone call on Mother's Day to ask about the status of my delivery. I never received a response. I followed up with them the day after, and their phone line and email were disconnected. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges to get my money back. I strongly believe that this florist knowingly took online orders on Mother's Day in the midst of the pandemic never intending on fulfilling them to inject their business with an influx of cash to offset the business they were losing during the business closures.

If I can give less than a one rating I would. horrible & ugly who puts birds of paradise with daisies and roses and chrysanthemums!just look like such a mishmash you can only hit somebody's birthday once And it was expensive

On our first visit to The Royalton, we coincidentally loved the flowers that were set up for the wedding that upcoming night. I asked which florist created them and we were told that Josh at Stefan's was the creator.
After booking at The Royalton, we were given 3 options for flowers. As smart shoppers we met with all 3 vendors, but naturally only connected with Josh at Stefan's (the florist of the wedding that was set up that day we visited). Josh is a really cool guy and he is awesome to work with. He's so down to earth and says it like it is and I appreciate that!
One of the reasons why we loved Josh is because he knew the exact layout of our wedding venue. He completely drew out every ledge, shelf and fireplace mantle on a piece of paper, which made us feel like he really knew the place (which the other florists we visited with did not). We went over colors, arrangements, bouquets, lighting, the chuppah, aisle, centerpieces, tables, etc. He really knew his stuff! He drew up a contract that was perfect and assured us that he would create the floral arrangements of my dreams and stay within my budget.
A few months later we met with him to view our arrangements. Originally, I wanted centerpieces that were low, and that's exactly the sample that Josh created. It was beautiful and it was exactly what I asked for, but I just wasn't connecting with it. Even though I wanted something that was "low" I think in my head I really wanted a larger arrangement that was higher up. Josh worked with my husband and I (yes my husband participated in the flower choices) for over an hour until we were completely satisfied. I really appreciated this! This made me feel like he really cared about me and I was not just another bride. He was so kind, so accommodating and so flexible with the arrangements. I have no idea how he did it, but he created the vision I had in my head when I was unable to verbalize what it was.
It's interesting because you sit down and you decide so many different aspects of the floral arrangements in different segments - but you never actually see the whole vision until the day of the wedding. What Josh and his staff created for our wedding was breathtaking. I was speechless at the beauty they brought to my wedding day. The chuppah was the most gorgeous chuppah I have ever seen. Josh exceeded my expectations and created the most gorgeous ceremony.
My bouquet was called an "in and out" bouquet (Josh's suggestion) it was beautiful and wrapped in lace. The colors in my bouquet and the bridesmaids' bouquets were unreal. He truly captured my vision. The centerpieces on the tables were talked about all night. They had candles going up them with petals on the tables, the colors were perfect and there were branches coming out of them. The lighting set the mood - It was truly perfect. Also, the tree on the entry table was awesome, unlike anything I have ever seen at any other wedding. That was my husband's choice and he was very pleased with how it came out.
Josh and his staff were professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I intend to only use him for my floral needs. I HIGHLY recommend Stefan's and Josh!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
