David K.Danville, VA28731Nov 16, 2021Stephans Moving does not honor their quoted price. We were quoted 160 an hour (3 movers) plus 200 for the truck. Move was 7 hours. We paid a 2 hour deposit. The total should have been $1320. Before the move we paid a 2 hour deposit of $340 $320 plus $20 in service fees. Upon conclusion of the move we were charged $1435 for a total of $1775. We requested and itemized bill and did not receive it plus we left messages and they were not returned. The movers were ok except for putting a small hole in the wall. My problem is that the move should have been $1340 with service charge. We paid $1775. Which was an additional $435 from what we were told. The truck was a UHaul. I could have rented a UHaul and hired laborers. Get a quoted price in writing. Better yet, hire someone else.

We had great experience with three movers. They showed up on time, quickly walked through and started the move. Furnitures were handled carefully, plus fast and efficiency. Highly recommend!!

These guys were great - showed up on time, were courteous and professional, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Nothing I asked was too much and didn't let me lift a finger. Great crew, very accommodating and very easy to work with! Great value for money! Thanks Guys!

I used stephans moving for our last move. Demetri and Tom arrived early and unloaded my 26ft truck. They had no problems with any of our stuff and handled it all safely and soundly. These two gentlemen were professional, careful, and I couldn't recommend them more. If you need quality movers call and tell them to send Demetri and Tom! These guys do a great job.
