Stonebriar Property Inspections

We've hired this business twice due to how thorough and meticulous about finding possible trouble areas and have actually caught possible fire hazards since he uses a heat infrared device on the entire house. His inspection last for 4 hours but worth every hour and definitely every dollar spent. If you want to know how safe the house is you are purchasing, this is the company for the job! I recommend them over everyone because a lot of companies don't even use thermal imaging.. With the way builders throw together houses these days, it's better to get your monies worth and get this company to perform your inspection!!

This being my first home, and since I'm on my own, I know nothing. Let me repeat that:
I. Know. Nothing.

I explained this to Keith when we met at my prospective house, and asked if it was okay for me to follow him around with questions. He said that would be fine, and so off we went.

Y'all, this guy was a saint. I was up his ass from the first moment, asking things like
1. What's that wall plate for?
2. How does a gas fireplace work?
3. How do you know the windows failed?
.... and on and on and on, in every room and into the attic. He was extremely patient and happy to explain things to me. He wouldn't let me onto the roof for safety reasons, but I wouldn't be surprised if he regretted that decision by the end.
