My family and I have been seeing Doc Rentz for over two years now. I've never had a bad experience with him, or with the staff.
I have a job that takes me out of town frequently, and Michelle, the office mgr. is alway helpful in rescheduling due to this. The dental hygienists due a great job, and are friendly. Doc is professional, and has some of the latest equipment. He can even make crowns in office, one visit, no temp crowns!

I am so incredibly disappointed in what happened at this practice. I was told I needed 12 cavities filled, over a series of appointments. I knew something wasn't right, so I got a second and a third opinion. I only have three small cavities that will be taken care of in a single appointment. Both the second and third opinion told me I needed the same exact cavities filled.
Wildly unethical. Someone should look into this practice. I am so glad I didn't have my teeth drilled unnecessarily and spend thousands of dollars that I don't have. If you go here, make sure you get a second opinion before you turn over your credit card. They also told me that it was illegal for them to charge a discounted cash rate. That is not true. They are not required to do so by law, but it is not illegal to do so.

We had an emergency dental issue this past weekend with my son and Dr Rentz came to the office after hours to help with my sons dislocated tooth! We love this Dentist and his team. They take care of our teeth and any issues without hesitation! They make us always feel welcomed and lead us in the right direction when it comes to our teeth! They even take care of you after hours in an emergency. This dentist knows how to work with little kids and make sure they understand everything will be ok and will walk them through every step with whatever is needing to be done ! I Would recommend stone gate dental to everyone who asks for a great dentist office!!! We've been going here for almost 4 years and will continue to because they really care about the patients and their teeth! Thank you so much Dr. Rentz !

After being a patient for many years and being pleased with their services, I have to say I have been extremely unhappy with them the past two visits I have had. Their cleanings have not been as thorough, and we have been checked by a dentist other than Dr. Rentz. The exams have been less than 5 minutes with minimal communication. The billing has gotten ridiculous and things I have not been charged for before have now been sent to me in surprise bills. I was told this was because my insurance does not cover these specific X-rays- yet I was never given to option to not have these done. When I called to speak with someone it was continuously blamed on my insurance with no ownership taken for the fact that I was never given the option to receive these uncovered services. Upon speaking with my insurance, I was told that yes some of the X-rays were not covered, as they are not needed. Again, the lack of communication and being open about the services is extremely frustrating. It is bad business to conduct services without communicating the option to not receive them then turn around and blame the insurance company. We will not be back, nor will we be recommending this office to others.

The entire group is amazing. They remember you, your family, and all the details. They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. I recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Rentz is absolutely the best! He has been our family dentist for over 8 years, starting in Las Vegas, NV. His artistic skills and talent are superb, we wouldn't think to see anyone else! We flew in this weekend from Las Vegas, just to see him.
My son was born with one of his front teeth, smaller than normal. Now that he is almost 18, we are able to correct this. Within less than 2 hours, Dr. Rentz designed a beautifully matching veneer crown and made my son's smile perfect!
Not only was the procedure fast, it was painless, and my son slept through most of it. But the most valuable aspect is the attention to detail Dr. Rentz takes to ensure the delivered product is of the highest quality and exceeds expectations! Very pushy. Without even looking, they will x-ray you just because "your insurance covers it". ADA clearly recommends a visual dental exam BEFORE a x-ray is deemed necessary. And they will stop a procedure half way through cause they want you to get something else done first... Not going back.

Stay away from this place as they will lie to your face about checking that something is covered by insurance. I told my hygienist that I had X-rays done within the last year, and she dismissed my concern and assured me they had checked with my insurance and it was covered. Low and behold a $92 bill arrives with denial for frequency and then they had the audacity to tell me that my insurance must have lied to them. They have you sign paperwork guaranteeing you pay, lie to you about coverage and then turn you over to a collection agency when you refuse to pay for their mistake.

I have had anxiety problems in the past with going to a dentist. I recently moved to Parker, and had searched for a dental office to get into. I am so glad I chose Stonegate!!! From the minute I walked in, the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Becky was the hygienist who saw me that day. She was very thorough, fast, and gentle. She explained everything to me clearly. Upon meeting Dr. Rentz, my choice was confirmed. Dr Rentz and his practice is outstanding. I am glad I chose to have my oral healthcare handled by this team.

Like most people, I've hated the dentist and would avoid as best as I could. Dr. Rentz and his caring staff have made the visits pleasant and I no longer fear the appointments! I make a really long trip from home and be sure that I always make an appointment when I'm in town in Colorado.
The office smells nice, feels warm, and they have a Keurig stocked with hot beverage options. Water bottles also provided. Easy to find and get to. The parking has never been a problem as there is a huge lot in this shopping center where the office is. I don't have kids but the little kids corner would be convenient for patients with children. I've never had much of a wait and always get seen on time.
