I found this company over 10 years ago. We live in North Jersey but drove down to Freehold and met Carlo. Since then we've had the most impeccable, unbelievably impressive experience with him and his whole company. We now have 5 or more policies with them.

I work odd hours and email Carlo at the most awful hours you can imagine, nights, weekends, holidays, etc. I assume it's just going to a work email and he'll get to it on work hours. But Carlo emails me a response within hours. After all these years it still blows my mind. Not to mention he has gotten on the phone and taken care of everything flawlessly countless times. I never write Yelp reviews. It's almost midnight on a Saturday night right now and I just received a response from Carlo. While I have been recommending StreetSmart Insurance to everyone I have ever known. I wanted to write this for everyone I don't know.

I don't trust easily, especially companies, but over a decade later I still have amazing customer service from this company. I can't thank Carlo enough for dealing with my odd hours and demands. Seriously, thank you for everything you do! Please never stop what you're doing. Oh and btw the insurance service they provide is you simply give them your current policy and they give you the best rates. That part is impressive too. However the customer service is unparalleled.

Scarlett always goes above and beyond for me . Anyone in my family needs insurance I am able to contact her and she get's right on it. It is like we have our very own VIP treatment and she not only helps us but is able to get us the best deal out there...

Company is worthless. Does nothing for you. Stay away. Make you do everything by text. But they charge you a 200.00 extra fee for better service

This absolutely is the best insurance agency I've dealt with, and I've been in business for 36 years. I received better coverage and saved several thousand dollars. I worked with Scarlett, very professional, and knew the products I needed inside and out!! She handles my business accounts and all of my personnel accounts. High would highly recommend Street Smart Insurance for any of your insurance needs, just great people to deal with!!

I received nothing but dedicated service from Streetsmart Insurance . I had several choices to choose from when it came to insurance companies and I decided to go with them because they gave me the full support I needed for my business .

I got nothing but voice mails when I tried to call. Took days to get a quote. Waited days only to find out Brittni was on vacation. Never got insurance. Went with someone else and the service was fast and wonderful. Would not recommend
