Stripchezze Food Truck

Been obsessed with Stripchezze for years so it's ever better now that they have a kitchen I can go to instead of hoping I can catch the truck. Daddy's on a Roll are perfection as always. Warm, melty mac n cheese in a crispy eggroll with the most delicious kimchi sauce. I can't get enough of it. Will be retaining my status as a repeat customer and an avid fan

Their truck came to my office today for a meeting. I had the caprese wrap (I forgot what it's called). I brought it home and ate it cold, it was so delicious and refreshing. Filling without making you feel like you ate too much. I hope they make their own pesto, it was so good!

Omg. Omg. Omg. Every single time I get something here it's amazing! Saw them again at the great American foodie fest this past weekend. Suzie even fed me! I've had their Daddy's on a roll, three-way parlay, Jam On, , and now a specialty dessert, one with cinnamon, buttery bread, and Boba, and let me tell you all of these items are amazing! Staff is always friendly, and Suzie is always great! Every time there's a festival I hope that they are there! It's that good!

I had the pleasure of trying Stripchezze food truck when they swung by our hospital, and boy was I impressed! I ordered their most popular item, the Jam On It, and let me tell you, the combination of cheese, bacon, and tomato had my taste buds dancing with joy. The sandwich was perfectly grilled and packed with flavor - it was so good, I almost forgot I was at a hospital!

Besides the amazing food, the experience was also a blast. Seeing a food truck parked outside a hospital was definitely a first for me, and I couldn't help but chuckle at the irony of it all. It's not every day that you get to indulge in some delicious comfort food while waiting for medical attention!

Overall, I highly recommend Stripchezze for anyone looking for a tasty and unique dining experience. Just make sure you come with an empty stomach - these sandwiches are seriously filling!

Had them at Foodie Fest and now I can't stop eating them 1000/10. This is all I crave and it hits every time

Stripchezze has been around for awhile and they are still a solid truck for grilled cheese.

Over the years I've had every item on their menu and everything is great. The bread is always buttery and toasty with plenty of gooey cheese inside. Daddys on a Roll have always been my favorite item from them. They are delicious macaroni and cheese egg rolls with a kimchi sauce. The Pair O Dice Pizza is a delicious grilled cheese and pepperoni pizza combination.

Stripchezze never disappoints for a delicious grilled cheese! They are a must if you see them around town.

The grilled pepperoni cheese sandwich was top notch. First time trying them. I will be back to try other menu items.

I love this takeout idea! You order online and they text you a message with a link that takes you to the locker # and when you get there you select the locker from the link and the locker opens up where you take your food order. I tried the hot streak grilled cheese and it was so good! It comes with parmesan chips and a bag of cinnamon sugar chips for $11...so worth it.

Ordered from this truck at Foodie Fest. I'm not sure of his name but the guy who took our ordered was amazing! He has such a great energy about him.

We got the pepperoni pizza grilled cheese and the spicy one (can't remember the name) and we all loved it. Definitely gave them a follow on IG and will be visiting them again.

This food truck was invited to our company event and it was simply fire. They give a new outlook on grilled cheese sandwich!
