SuEllen and her wonderful staff made my gender reveal party a great success.

I used them to purchase balloons which they filled and taped in my "he or she" box. They kept the surprise from me, which was a big deal. I wanted to be surprised too.

The team is so wonderful and very personal. I may not have used them for flowers this time, but the service was so top notch, that this will be my florist moving forward.

Ordered two bouquets on Weds. to be delivered on Saturday with assurance they would be a Sat delivery...delivered on Friday with cloudy water and drooping mums. Each order cost more than $80. EACH! When I went to Easter Sunday dinner I saw that the flowers were dying, the vase was over 12" high for a table centerpiece, the water cloudy...see photo. Recipients were not happy and I was embarrassed. Stopped by Florist on Monday. Florist agreed to replace the pieces and delivered on Tuesday and took the first bouquet back to store.
At that point I was sort of happy.

But then my friends EACH GOT A CALL FROM THE FLORIST TELLING THEM IT WAS THEIR FAULT THE FLOWERS WERE DEAD!!!!! This under the guise of "teaching" them how to care for flowers!!!! When my friends explained that the flowers were delivered already dying and had NOT been placed in sunlight, the Florist bullied them AGAIN. Florist did not call me. I am beyond annoyed at the quality of the product and the poor customer service and that they would call and blame the recipient. I am a floral painter and have flowers in my home constantly so I do know flower quality and design. My friends also know flowers, their care and display, better than most. I was wanting to support a small business in the Cape...my bad.

A dear friend, with a terminal illness, was arriving in Florida to live out his last days in sunshine. I wanted just a small arrangement of colorful flowers to place in his apartment just to be a cheerful welcome. I chose what I thought was a small but cheery arrangement when I was told that it was $85 I had to pass. I was shocked at such a small bouquet was so expensive.. Morning

I ordered a Christmas centerpiece to be delivered on 12/23/23 and specifically wanted dark greens with red flowers. The Christmas centerpiece was on their website. I added 2 red candles.
First, it was delivered on 12/21/23 instead of the date i asked and they asked me when i wanted it delivered and still did not get it right. Why ask?
Second, the centerpiece that was delivered was white flowers not dark greens and red flowers and although beautiful, it was not what i ordered.
When i called Linda who took the order asked me if i wanted them to pick it up and make another.
The recipient of the centerpiece did not know it was not what i ordered, so i declined.
It is unfortunate that a business such as a florist completely disregards what you ordered and arranges what they want and delivers on their schedule not the day you requested (after being asked what day i wanted it delivered).
That being said, i will not be doing business with Suellens Florist of Cape Coral again and when i shared this, Linda said she was sorry. Sorry doesn't get it, Take your florist dollars somewhere else.

I used these folks when I was looking for a bouquet for my gf. They were so nice, price was fair, and they did a fantastic job. They also put detailed instructions of how to care for the flowers as well. I'll definitely be a repeat customer- come here if you want good flowers!

Called up in the morning for a delivery for my anniversary. I talked with the owner , she was very nice and very professional. Also it was delivered very fast. Great customer service would highly recommend.

My mother recently received flowers for her birthday/surgery recovery twice in the same day from SuEllen's. Super friendly delivery driver. The flowers were gorgeous and varied, nicely arranged, and lasted awhile with changing the water often. The sending parties both said the ordering process was good.

She Ellen's did the floral arrangements for my wife's grandmother's funeral. They were very helpful and courteous to the family. We found an arrangement online and they also had it in store. We sent them a photo of what we wanted and they added extra flowers to it. Wasn't like the photo, but was lovely and a beautiful representation of what we wanted to share.

Sue Ellen was great! I was in a bind the night before Valentine's Day and they created a beautiful customized bouquet. The service was great! I will use them for all our future flower needs! Thank you Su Ellen and your team!

Great for a last minute bouquet. They are wearing masks and gloves to ensure you don't get sick. They leave it at the door and call to let you know it has arrived.
