Samira is awesome for eyebrows and lashes!!! For years I have I have only ever trusted one lady in Orlando to thread my eyebrows after having them messed up once before. I am so happy I found Samira!!! She does a beautiful job and is so sweet. She has such great attention to detail and I am always happy with how my brows look. She also does lash lift for me and I love that too, it is so nice to not have to curl my eyelashes or wear mascara. I'm so happy to have found her here!

Did not trim any cuticles whatsoever. Air bubbles, streaks and fuzz painted on nails. Paint on top of cuticles and not all the way to the edges. Dragged the nail file super aggressively across the top of nail which left the free edge super ridged, rough, and bumpy. At least the tech was super friendly.

I had an appointment today with Karissa for a lash extension set and underarm sugar. The lashes were fine, although she DID NOT wear gloves. Prior to the sugaring, I asked her if the hair was long enough (I measured at home prior to booking, the hair was 1/8 of an inch, which is on the shorter side but achievable by most professionals). She said the length was fine. Karissa did NOT use the correct technique for sugaring. She tugged at my skin, and I already know it will bruise. On top of that, none of the hair was removed. I stopped her after the first side and said there was no point in continuing since her technique wasn't correct, hair was not being removed and I was only going to end up bruised. She responded with "ok but I still have to charge you". LOL WHAT?? I said it was fine, paid and tipped her accordingly but I will not be returning here, nor do I recommend it to anyone.

BEST BEACHSIDE LASHES!!! So I used to go OTB to get my lift and tint for my eyelashes. No more!! SugarLash has everything I need right here- they are a full service salon and the owner specializes in eyelashes and sugaring. Grace did an AMAZING job on my lift and tint. * Note: in my before and after pics those are my eyelashes- just a lift and tint can do wonders!! They also sell HANDMADE MAGNETIC lashes if that's your jam. My before and after pics below speak for themselves. The service here was excellent - I'm so excited to have discovered this gem.

Today would have been my first appointment at this salon with my greatest hairdresser unfortunately I was forced due to unforeseen family emergency to cancel, they call it a "no show" I explained I need to reschedule, I was told I have to pay for 2 hours that I "no showed" or would not reschedule my appointment. My hairdresser lost me as a customer and my wish is future customers let this greedy owner know this is not the way to treat your new employee's customers.

I have been coming to the salon for 1 year now For sugaring services. In the beginning, the aestheticians or all new and learning. I am i constantly impressed at Mindy Kai's progress and professionalism. Sugaring beats waxing hands down, and this is the only Salon I found that the sugaring in the area. I would not go to this salon if it wasn't for Mindy Kai! Love her!! She's very talented and pleasant to be around!

I just tried this new local salon for a sugaring treatment. A lot of my friends have said that the sugaring technique hurts less and lasts a lot longer than regular waxing and I must say they were right! I had a Brazilian done and other than a little discomfort it didn't really hurt that much and there wasn't the swelling or bruising like with waxing. I can't believe I waited this long to try it out. The prices for the sugaring were great and lot less than some of the other salons and spas in the area. I will definitely be back.

Beyond happy with this salon! Went in for a sugaring, which I have been doing for a couple years, and I can absolutely say it was the best one I've ever had, super thorough, super gentle, salon was nice and clean and the lady who did it for me was super nice ! Will definitely be back every time I'm in the area !!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Absolutely love this place. If you're looking for a place for a great massage this is it. Best massage!
