Summit moving did a great job for us. They were very professional, did a marvelous job in a timely fashion.
The movers had a wonderful attitude and were very patient and kind.

Joel, Jon and Jerry did an AMAZING job moving us. They were easy to talk to, and Jon & Jerry moved us FAST while also being extremely considerate with all our belongings. I will request and recommend service from these three as long for as long as they are in this industry.

We used Summit to pack and store our furniture and personal belongings for 8 months until we moved into our new house. When we had our belongings moved into our new home we found every piece of furniture was damaged. Our less than a year old king mattress had tears in it. Legs were broken off side tables. Items were just thrown loosely into boxes. Our hand made furniture have gauges and scratches. We are sick. We purchased the insurance that summit offered and complied with its rules on submitting claims. I called and was told by Carol that they were reviewing my claim. When I did not hear from them I called and was told they never received my claim. Since more time had elapsed than they would accept a claim they told me to submit it and they would think about honoring it. Beware. If you disregard this review you will regret having done business with them

If I could give them a zero I would. The move itself was not bad. The company lost all of my new outdoor landscaping tools, (leaf blower, weed wacker etc etc) along with an $800 bike, corn hole boards and boxes of personal items. We called several times to report and there response was the same every time, they wound look for it and get back to us in a few days. Of course they never called and so we had to call them back. I stopped in one time to complain but again they said they wound look for items and call back...never did call back. We had insurance but we were dealing with a family death and did not complete the paper work in the required time. We used there storage for five months so they made a ton of money off us. Not sure if the items were stolen by one of their workers or they were misplaced. I would not recommend this company.

We had a horrible experience. They damaged so much of our furniture, and items are missing and they won't return our calls. We have a couch cushion and no couch, in addition to coffee table, end tables, rug, etc being missing. Some of our items were damaged other items were filthy. They also called the morning of the move and said we needed extra insurance, which we wondered why at the 11th hour they would mention this? We agreed to get it but now they say we don't have the coverage and we are currently in limbo waiting on them to find our missing pieces and there is nothing to do about the damage. TOTAL DISASTER and RIP-OFF!!!!

We loved into a brand-new home June 2022, 3 movers arrived on time, they had to moved things from our old home and storage into our new home. When I called for the quote, they quoted the job based on what was in the house and storage and the 3 locations. I ordered the movers pizza and pop during the move, because I knew it was alot of work. I guess i should have let them work on an empty stomach; by 3 o'clock they started to get really messy; and told me they couldn't finish the job, they had to call their office to have another crew scheduled to get the remaining items out of the old house. When they brought the items into the new home, they damaged walls, and furniture. Didn't know the furniture was damaged before they left, because they propped the dresser of my Amish build chest of drawers on the broken leg. It wasn't until I attempted to center the chest of drawers and it almost fell on my daughter in laws foot because it was only actually on 3 legs. there were also bent drawer tracks on the drawers of my trundle bed. I immediately call the office to report these items and asked they not send the same crew. Bre said she would document it, well on the next move day, the same crew came.
The Claim- it took about a month for me to even get the claim forms emailed to me, then the communication from the insurance company (Move Smart Move Management, LLC) was awful. Once I received the claim forms, I immediately sent all documents and pictures, july 14 Teresa from the insurance company sent an email asking me to label the pictures, I did and returned that same day. I emailed and called from August until October with no response or resolution from either Summit or Move Smart; Finally Ocotber 31, 2022 I received an insult of a settlement for $290 from the insurance company. Stating this claim was settled in August; she sent me a letter that she back dated to August 30. If it was settled August 30, why did she send it all of August, September and October when i would email and call.
Since this move, I hired 2 men and truck to move my mother from her apartment in Canton, to my home and would highly recommend them. They were professional from the time they walked through the door until the final piece was delivered, even followed up with a call the next day. My nephew moved November 16th and we once again used 2 men and a truck and received the same service with a follow up phone call the next day.
DON'T USE SUMMIT

I called this team to assist my grandmother with getting some large items out of her house. They were able to schedule the work to happen in a few days. The customer service was great. They were helpful and very accommodating.

Spoke with Logan about providing me a quote- said he would get back to me. After several calls, he provided me a verbal quote without even coming to my place to see what I had to move! The quote was over $10k!!!! What's up with that? Are they so busy that they don't want the business??? I contacted another mover and they did it for a third of that price and did a fabulous job!
They must be too busy for us small guys that need to move.
I do not recommend this place!

from the beginning this company gives you the runaround, we got a great overall price we thought then come to find out they didn't use any of the bags they said they would on furniture but try to charge us form originally there guys who are paid per hour on our dime or outside smoking multiple times taking breaks but claiming they took no lunch leaving cigarette butts in the house and also in the driveway damaged a brand new bed and they tell you you get $.60 per pound the item Waze so if they take the TV they throw it into the truck you get probably $18. We called them we thought we had something worked out with a wood repair the damage bed and everything else they did not do that and not only that they spam you with hey how do we do give us a review give us a review so here's your review. We paid them for two moves into one house they didn't bag the bags like they said they didn't cover the furniture they didn't do most of the things that they said they would do I sort of felt like they hired somebody from a temporary service to come over stuff
