Sunrise Chem-Dry

So... One star just so I could write some thing here. They were responsive and came to treat a stain on my sofa within a week. The technician recommended using an enzyme treatment for a pet stain. Well it ruined all of the fabric on my very expensive Restoration Hardware sofa! I called the next day and the owner was quite rude and said it was my fault and that they didn't want to treat and I MADE them...:) She said they would refund my cleaning fee but I asked for them to cover at least part of my sofa replacement. They never refunded the money, never responded to multiple calls and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I guess it's small claims court next. Good luck and beware!

I've used this company on multiple occasions. They have cleaned my carpets and just recently had David clean my tile and sectional sofa. He always shows up on time does excellent work and has very good prices. I've referred him to my friends and family. Thanks David!

I wanted a simple mattress cleaning, so I called Sunrise Chem-Dry from an internet search. I spoke to David, who was able to get me in right away. He even told me that there was a current special, so I got a great deal.

David & Erich arrived within the time frame given, and were super polite. They explained everything start to finish, and did a great job...fast!

Sunrise Chem-Dry saved my carpets! I have a senior dog who doesn't always make it outside to use the bathroom and my bedroom was covered in urine. I took a shot in the dark and called sunrise chem-dry, they offered a pet urine treatment called P.U.R.T. and then cleaned my carpet with a pet friendly solution. Not only does my bedroom smell like summer breeze but it looks and feels BRAND NEW! The technicians were kind, knowledgeable and quick. On top of that, I paid exactly what I was quoted and was not blind sided at all.
I would recommend this company to anybody!

Had Sunrise out last month to clean our cotton-blend sectional and the carpet in our loft. We are very pleased with the results so we scheduled to have some additional carpet cleaning done on our second floor. Prices are reasonable and everyone is professional so I can wholeheartedly give them our families recommendation.

We used Sunrise Chem-Dry to do an extensive deep clean and sanitization of our carpets, tile floors and furniture prior to long-term renters arriving. David and his assistant were punctual, friendly, professional and did an awesome job.

I contacted them by e mail and David responded within a couple of hours. He gave me a quote on three rooms which I accepted and he was able to fit us in within a couple of days. He and his colleague arrived right on schedule. We expected that it might take a couple of hours and we're very pleased that it was much shorter time than that and our carpets looked great. Aside fro a couple of high traffic areas that had to be cleaned more aggressively our carpet was pretty much dry after a couple of hours which was appreciated. We are very pleased and highly recommend this company!
