Years later and hubby and I are still happy to call this place our dentist. Dr.s are super great, facility is clean and simple. front desk gal is on top of it and organized, reminding us of appts and insurance stuff.

So happy to have started coming here years ago and so happy that we are still happy to keep coming here. it makes the dentist a bit more fun when it's an easy interaction with the same people over and over.

I took my mom there for a second opinion on an implant, Dr. Cheng was recommended to us by a close friend so I took the 45 mins trip. Dr. Cheng took his time examining and explaining to my mom what he would do if she was his mom. He recommended us to go for a crown to preserve the natural teeth for as long as we can. This aligns well with our beliefs that anything foreign won't be as good as natural, the caveat is on the daily cleaning and flossing.

He was thorough, willing to listen and explain the reasons behind his recommendations, and always treating us like family.

My husband and I, together with my mom have switched to Dr. Cheng for all of our dental care now. He's great!

I have intense dental phobia which has led to having quite a few issues with my teeth. Dr. Cheng and all of the staff were so gentle, calming, and understanding. They made sure I thoroughly understood the process and my treatment options. I'm so grateful for their help in getting my dental needs taken care of! I'm recommending their office to all my friends and family in the area.

Thank you!!! I have not been to a dentist in 5 to 7 years because of my anxiety due to having multiple cavities as a child. From walking in the front door, to the back office staff and the dentist, everyone was extremely kind and made me feel at ease. They walked me through the process of what they were going to be doing and I was reassured if I was uncomfortable at any point, they would stop or readjust what they were doing.

I would highly recommend checking out this clinic if you are in need of a dentist. The office is clean, comfortable and they have gas if needed when having procedures done.

The people were very nice but they told myself that I had 11 cavities and needed my wisdow teeth pulled immediately. I just went in for a cleaning and this is what I was told. So I went for another opinion to a place that I know does great work but my insurance doesn't cover completely. Found out I only had 1 cavity and didn't need my wisdow pulled.

The other thing was that I had to have another cleaning done cause they didn't a very thorough job at all. And they had charged my insurance almost 1,000 dollars for the cleaning and X-rays. The place in Enumclaw had to redo the X-rays cause they were so poor.

And they other thing was the dentist was checking my gums by poking them and saying how irritated they were. When I told the next place no one could believe it. They told me that there is no reason at all to be such a thing.

Worst part was my wife didn't want to believe it was that bad and went herself. Same thing. Said she had 7 cavities and turned out not 1!!!! Go somewhere else please.

The dentist(s) here are really cool! & in my book service & personality are 75+ percent of what makes a place.

I seriously can't think of one complaint. Dentists (I've seen two there, one for a removal, other for everything else) are nice, professional, & knowledgeable. Front desk is equally so.

Doctor wanted to do root canal on 2 teeth when I only needed it on one. Staff not helpful.

Dr Cheng was referred to me from another friend and he has been very thorough with all of my cleanings, as well as offering incredible service with his technicians and hygenists. I highly recommend everyone to see him if possible!

Nice new place with friendly people! Gentle and thorough, not like other ones I've been to.
