Sunrise Dental of Yakima

Today I contacted Sunrise Dental, previously known as Advanta, for an appointment for a broken tooth. I was seen within an hour and was so amazed at the courtesy I encountered. The young ladies at the front desk were patient and helpful when I explained I had never used an Ipad to fill out forms before.
I was seen by the Dental Assistant Michelle promptly and she was so sweet and gentle when I told her my tooth had cracked in half and was very uncomfortable. When Doctor Reza came in he was also courteous and patient. Answered my questions, explained what we were seeing on the x-rays and what he felt was the best plan of action and why.
For the first time I was able to actually see my teeth in color and on a large screen. I seen fillings I never knew I had!! That alone was amazing.
On check out Ana, at the front desk, went over the insurance coverage with me and we set up a payment plan for the remainder of the charges.
This is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I went in feeling extremely anxious and left feeling assured I'd be in good hands.
I would recommend Sunrise Dental to anyone who freely admits they are a "big chicken." I know I can!!
