I've had nothing but positive experiences here! The staff are amazing, their comfort menu is unbelievable, and they genuinely care! I told them I would need to cancel some work because we had to put our money toward some medical expenses and the gal took the time to break down the cost of each part of the bill so I could prioritize what work would be done first and still have it fit within our budget. I have never had such a positive experience with a dentist before! Love this place. (It's also kinda like going to a spa and it feels like a fun little break for this SAHM)

Not a happy customer from my experience with this office. It is cheaper but you get what you pay for. Disappointed.

If you want to feel attacked and have your personal information discussed in front of several patients, come here. If you want to be locked out of the building after said experience, come here. I tried to enter the building after i left with tears welling up in my eyes to say, "i feel offended you told me i am disruptive to other patients while my information was being discussed in front of said patients". I had to call and say "let's have this be a learning experience as to not discuss personal health matters in the dental work area In front of everyone. I'm anxious and expected to have my tooth fixed today" If you tell me you can take an X-Ray, and fix my tooth one day, schedule me an apt saying you can fix my tooth. Then tell me you can't fix my tooth, then expect the patient not to be sad and frustrated Maybe speak to the patient in private about the next steps, not in front of every person in the building, including other patients. I was simply trying to explain why i was frustrated, I listened to them, then i spoke and was told i was being disruptive to other patients because I didn't agree with what they had to say. I was not yelling, screaming or anything, just sad and frustrated. Which i explained. I had just finished telling them I was anxious about this apt, and they reassured me everything would be fine, then this happens? Im not a happy customer. Our entire family went here because they're preferred, never Will we again. I've had other poor experiences here as well,as has my husband but enough is enough. This is just sad...

Some of the Drs are nice, especially McGruff but, he is no longer serving the patients of sunrise anymore.

What a great staff!!! Dr. Garcia treated me like a queen. I was terrified!!! Staff had me laughing so hard it was hard to get any work done. Exam and a treatment plan were established. After my jaw hit the floor on the cost, we got busy.
It's time for me to come back and see this crazy staff. I need to laugh, what better place than at your dentist, Sunrise Dentistry......

The staff is always super nice, especially Jessica at the front. Half the family comes to this clinic and even my 5 year old looks forward to her visits here. Always professional and pleasant. Never had any issues with the Work preformed by any of the staff. Especially Dr. O.

I have gone here for many years. Love Dr. Chue! She remembers me when I come in and has done great work for me. I have had to have a lot of dental work done and I am afraid of needles. She did a great job at helping me relax. I would recommend Sunrise Dental to anyone that needs a dentist! The lady at the front desk is always really nice and remembers my name every time. Even when I call. They do a great job and are very professional. They even have some Saturday appointments available.

My family has been going to Sunrise Dental of Tacoma since they opened. Every visit is great. They treat us like family and always remember us. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
