I have asked this dental office to stop contacting me!!! The receptionist has called a total of 7 times in a row after being asked not to. Staff is very unprofessional!!!

I personally Was terrified of going to the dentist after a bad experience as a child.
But as soon as pain hit, I hit up SunShine Dental. Not because the location was perfect ( so close to home) but because Dr.Cindy's record of time spent in the Coachella Valley caring for her patients. Reviews are mixed and some not so polite. But take it from The guy who hasn't seen the inside of a dentist office in over a decade +,
This Sunshine Group is Beyond Great.
The lady's at the desk are great at welcoming you in, kind with a smile that can light up the room, even the gentleman "behind the scenes " was kind at the hello and the goodbye. I am not only satisfied with the care Dr.Tran gave but the way she enjoyed looking at the work she just completed with me. I haven't smiled out loud in over 8 years and when I did I quickly turned into a Japanese Girl holding their hand in front of their mouth. I didn't do it to look "cute" I did it to hide my shame from the fronts i lacked.
But Today is Christmas and I got my two front teeth haha. And my pain is Gone!

Just have to say that this is one of the best dental offices I've ever been too. Needed extensive work on my front teeth, including a gap to which many were doubtful could get repaired and look good at the same time. Doctor Cindy Tran and her staff were friendly and professional, and she managed to repair the teeth and the gap quickly and with minimal pain, and it now looks fantastic, a testament to her skill. She took the time to do all the work in one visit instead of spreading it out, saving me time, and then provided excellent advice on keeping up on the health of my teeth afterwards. Again, friendly, efficient, and professional. When going to a dentist, it really doesn't get any better than this.

I highly recommend this dentist, and its not often that I post reviews. To everyone at Sunshine Dental, thanks again for your hard work and your dedication.

There were 14 year old posters in the customer waiting area along with some very old ugly chairs. When I was taken to the patients room, there were many boxes of latex gloves stacked and stored in the room. Yes, the boxes were dusty. They just aren't paying attention to detail. Dr. Tran is a quality and knowledgeable dentist but there was a miscommunication on the price of her services. She charged me for my initial visit and referred me to a periodontist who gave me exactly the same advise as her. I paid $175 additional for this. Then when I went back to Dr Tran I was told a much higher price than originally quoted although I wasn't given a written quote. I wish them the best but I won't be back.

this is where my kids go. been with dr tran like 5+ years. i had a great dentist but they don't accept iehp, so we dont have a choice but here.
everytime we always come before the appointment time but we still wait more than half an hour on the reception area with a bunch of other people waiting.
this was never changed...it still like that every appointment.
but its been 5years i feel that it is getting worse.

There is no privacy in this office whatsoever, which was a big no no for me. Everyone could literally hear and maybe even see all you business. They should really consider putting up some curtains in each section. Space in waiting room and back room is limited.
Front office staff was friendly, but the back office staff wasn't so much. The dentist didn't really tell me much or do much to me, simply referred me out to another dentist. I'm so glad, wouldn't like to go back there again.

The front desk receptionist were excellent with their service. The dentist him and herself were so rude. Never have I had an experience as bad as this one. If you don't like what you do or where you work you shouldn't being doing it.

The doctor, staff and services were exvellent. The prices were affordable and they cared about their works. You should give it a try. We were referred by others

Cindy is really nice and keeps up with all the latest technology. I was surprised to find such a clean and pleasant office and so well equipped. Although I am 58 years old the office appeared very kid friendly. I was in and out quickly on every visit and that is important to me. Who wants to sit around and wait, even in a nice office like this? Staff is friendly and helpful.
