Sunshine Flowers

I contacted Sunshine Flowers in Parma after my frustration trying to send flowers online. I spoke with Hanna and she was so gracious, kind and helpful. It was so nice to talk to a real person in an actual flower shop. Sunshine Flowers is a small, locally owned florist, and they do beautiful work.

Hanna took the time to explain my choices regarding flowers and the extra little touches like adding a beautiful inscribed ribbon. My funeral flowers were absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend them!

This was my first order with Sunshine Flowers. I was extremely pleased with the Mother's Day flowers. They did a fantastic job. The bouquet of red and pink roses was beautiful and reasonably priced. They delivered in a timely manner and without incident.

I will definitely purchase flower arrangements for birthdays, holidays and other events.

I absolutely love sunshine flowers. Being military it's not always easy to be at special occasions and they always provide the best customer service and beautiful flowers. Below are just some of the flowers this shop has sent my mother-in-law and they always bring a smile to her face. Even today they were so kind enough to call me to tell me the vase that was in the picture of the flowers I had chosen was discontinued and offered so many different kinds I told them I completely trust them to pick the right one to make the flowers beautiful. Definitely a great shop, beautiful flowers and great customer service.

Second bad experience at this place. Prior experience parents did not get bakery only chocolates and flowers. Had delivery again today flowers and strudel arrived. The Coblentz Chocolates - large Chocolate -Deluxe Assortment -Made Locally in Walnut Creek, Ohio which would have been great but was replaced with a cheap 10 pieces already opened box of cheap chocolate. Will not return as customer service was not helpful and out money

A really fantastic place. The flowers were beautiful and the service was excellent. They had a lot of options and the display was fresh.

I was in need of a floral arrangement for an event I was hosting and I travel frequently for work and am not local, so I ordered online based off of other reviews. I am so impressed with the arrangement I received for my event, it looked even better than the photo online I based my order on!

Ordering flowers for events frequently, I have had terrible experiences. I can honestly say I had the best experience with Sunshine Flowers. In addition to my arrangement looking so beautiful, the customer service was great! The two ladies working were so kind and personable. I will order exclusively from Sunshine Flowers for any of my Cleveland area events. Thank you!

I was calling from out of state.
I started calling 'yelps' top florists in Cleveland with a very odd request for a floral design and same day delivery. Marcy and her team at Sunshine Flowers was really the only florist I called that had a great positive 'can-do' attitude and achieved what I wanted for half the price!

So very grateful for the last minute arrangement I ordered for my friend's mother's memorial service. It was beautiful.
I am also so thankful to Marcy. She went above and beyond what I expected. Instead of having the floral arrangement delivered the next day for the funeral service, she took it upon herself to make sure it was there the night before during the memorial service. What a wonderful gesture.

We always go to Sunshine Flowers for all our flower needs. They impress and amaze me every time.
My grandma was recently diagnosed with Leukemia after 2 years of severe heart conditions that are unable to be fixed now due to the cancer. Today would have been her 61 year anniversary with my grandpa who passed away 6 years ago. Every year he would get her red and white carnations for Poland colors(where they are from). She was in the hospital this morning and was transferred into the nursing home and they delivered the flowers immediately after I called to make sure she received them while she was still in the hospital to brighten up her day. Thank you, thank you and thank you to all the wonderful workers and owner of Sunshine Flowers. I will be a customer for life!

I was very impressed and happy with the fruit basket that I got from Sunshine flowers. I called them at 1 p.m. on Friday and they were able to deliver the fruit basket that afternoon. They were very accommodating and the lady I spoke to on the phone took great time and care to make sure that everything was right - the order the address - everything. The family the fruit basket was being sent to raved about it and said it was wonderful. I also really appreciated their delivery procedures during this covid-19 time. They deliver your items, ring the bell, then go back to their car and call the recipient to let them know that it's there. I think that's a great way to do it. Overall I was very impressed and I will definitely use them again.
