Sunshine Real Estate represented me in a recent land transaction in the Fallbrook area. I consider myself a stickler for information and details when conducting an evaluation and expect to have the best expertise. One could not ask for better service, communication or attention to detail from Ralph and Rodney. Many times questions would come up as I was inexperienced and almost immediately they would communicate back with information or where to find it. On several occasions they would meet me at the land and walk the site to address any questions. This level of attention, knowledge, consideration and thoughtfulness was above and beyond the call of duty. I will always have them represent me for any future transactions. Bar none.

Sergio Garcia is hands down one of the BEST real estate agents my family and I have ever worked with. My family has a property they were selling in Rainbow and there have been many challenges with certain aspects of this property. Sergio has been extremely professional and knoedgeable and VERY hands on! Sergio has tackled these challenges head on and surpassed the hurdles we were all faced with. Teresa Adams is one of the best real estate agents we've worked with. Her local knowledge was invaluable as we were looking in an area we were not very familiar with. Teresa quickly got to know us and understood what we were looking for. Within 3 days of meeting her, we were putting in an offer on our dream home and closed in less than 10 days. Rarely have i seen a reputation so low around town. A couple not so favorable experiences sorry to say. Customer service is inexplainable.

Julie Press at Sunshine Properties is hands down a gift for a first-time home seller. She coached us every step of the way, laid out all of the options and went to bat for us repeatedly with the community HOA. If it wasn't for Julie, I would have lost my mind. Teresa or Tracy I couldn't get her name right but she is very rude and unprofessional this is just over the phone and she hanged up on me. So please don't even waste your time getting any information over the phone with her and god may help you what she is like in person with her communication. Watch out for her please. Her behavior is unacceptable and definitely uncalled for her to be that rude when she is getting calls. She is extremely stressed out and definitely needs to change her attitude that is not necessary for her to be this way. Definitely be careful.

Samee Foster and her team are truly EXCEPTIONAL!!!
