I arrived right around my appointment time, and the place was just opening for the day. One of the employees greeted me, and I was quickly paired with a technician. I started with a pedicure - the chairs had several massage features that were really nice and relaxing, adding to the experience. My technician, Tam, was very helpful when it came to color and with suggestions on how to have my nails done. We comfortably talked throughout the appointment, which was nice.
When it came to the manicure, Tam suggested getting gel versus regular as I still had a few days before the wedding I was in. I opted for a French gel manicure. Tam gave me options with base colors, trying them on my nails before I committed to one. She did a wonderful job and was very steady and precise.

The pricing here is reasonable for the little I know about the industry. I didn't feel I was charged an arm and a leg and the staff was quality all the way around. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a 3% charge for credit cards but it's pretty minute in the grand scheme of things. Bring cash if you want to avoid!

Been here quite a few times and this last time, they absolutely "nailed it." I brought a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. So happy with the way they turned out.

Great nail place. One of the best I found in the North Hills. The first time I went, there was a older women who did my pedicure and nails and she was a bit aggressive and kept upselling me. I didn't like that aspect but the quality was amazing so I went back again and had amazing service AND quality. Great place, but it fills up quick. Call for an appointment.

Welcoming and friendly staff scheduled me a same day pedicure. I called late morning and made an appointment for late afternoon.
The place looks great, is very clean and all equipment looks new.
The staff person who did my pedicure was kind and friendly on top of doing an amazing job. I've already recommended them to two of my friends.

That just might have been the best pedicure I've had since moving to Pittsburgh. Today was my first time here but I'll definitely be back! I got the deluxe pedicure for $65. It included aromatherapy, exfoliation, a hot stone massage, paraffin wax (plenty of it & not rushed like most places do), hot towel treatment, and polish. The chair was new and gave a great massage. I didn't feel like I was being rushed through so they could get to the next customer. It was a relaxing experience and a great job. I appreciated getting the menu of options at check-in so I knew exactly what I was getting and what it would cost.

Note: they charge 3.5% for paying by credit card. They're very clear and upfront about it, plus they have an ATM in the lobby and will even reimburse you if your bank charges a fee to use it. Tips are asked to be paid in cash, but that's very standard around here.

They did a great job on my dip nails! Exactly what I asked and a good price. I will definitely be back.

I got a oval shaped acrylic, nails that are red with details of poinsettia florals. Inside they were clean, neat, and friendly. The nails are exactly what I want with improvements! The staff is very artistic. Will be coming back!

Great service! I came in as a walk in was taken in immediately both my friend and i got our nails done she had gotten acrylics and regular nail polish on her toes and i got gel on my toes and dip on my nails they did such an amazing job and i will definitely be going back it is quite pricey but my nails were beautiful to get my toes done i thought it was a little much but my nails were worth the price and then some very satisfied !

My man and I went to this salon for a pedicure. It was very welcoming, sanitary, and beautiful. We are both so happy with our pedicures. They were relaxing, removed callouses, and provided a lovely hot stone massage, as well as gel polish for me. Wonderful experience. We've found our pedicure spot! Than you so much!

Service was very good. The only comment I would make is that I was charged an extra $10 to have my cuticles done. I feel at $55 that should be included
