I went to this shop to get a tire repaired on my son's Jetson e-bike. Great service, competent and friendly employees.
Bike delivered BELOW the estimated price and on time.

Nice staff very helpful, I went there to fix two kids bike. They were upfront they told.me one of them it would be too expensive to fix, and they helped me fixed the break and get new handles foe the other bike so we can use it for another year, both of them were older kids bicycles.

The staff at this shop is great - always friendly and helpful and sharing information! They are very accommodating to test ride bikes. I also rented an e-bike and rack for a day recently and the whole process went very smoothly.

I brought in my wife's bike to get fixed and wasted my time at this place. They gave me the impression that warranty work could be performed so I left my bike there. When I call to check in on what the manufacturer said about the warranty process, I am transferred to the manager that explains to me (as matter of fact) that pedals are not covered by warranty work. Ok, so I should of been told that before dropping off my bike, especially since it's so "matter of fact". I didn't yell or get upset on the phone and I was always pleasant with everyone I came in contact with.
Well when I get home and look at the receipt, I see an internal note stating (I'm the) "Douche of the Century". Really?. I guess I should of got upset and chewed you guys out for wasting my time. How unprofessional and rude.

I am a big believer in supporting your local bike shop - and Downtown Pleasanton. And Superfly Wheels has made that easy - they are great. We started shopping for our next bikes a couple years ago. Wilson and the rest of the staff took time to talk and answer questions numerous times over the months - without knowing whether I was ever going to buy anything. Earlier this summer, my wife and I finally bought a couple Turbo Levo's. The support and service through the purchase and initial set-up was fantastic. Everything went really smooth and very quick. And the assistance along the way - helping us learn everything we need to know, getting the right accessories we need, and avoiding the ones we don't - has been spot-on. Even warranty service and helpful check-ins have been quick and completely successful.

I LOVE this store. From top boss to all employees, everyone is always smiling and happy to server you. Traveling from San Ramon to here is just fine. Wife and I both got our bikes from here. They also provide awesome service when you bring your bike in.

As a previous customer I brought my bike in for a minor repair on a Friday.
I was told it would take 7-10 days to do the minor repair.
I asked why when it was summer time and I like to ride. No response other than it would take 7-10 days.
I took my bike to another shop and they instantly repaired my bike and it was complimentary. You will not see me in this shop again.

As of Friday we had 20 bikes ahead of yours in for repair. Other than flats, we don't do day of repairs because we only have 1 Mechanic on hand. We have a process in place that allows us to maximize our time and avoid costly mistakes...rushing thru 'minor' repairs that can easily turn into a can of worms goes against our methodology.

Rave for SuperFly Bike Shop on Main St, Pleasanton. Manager Ryan and others were incredibly friendly, helpful and appreciative of my business. 72 years old and have visited many bike shops. These guys were tops. Went above and beyond in setting up my new high end eMTB and spent as much time as I needed figuring it all out. Excellent communication before, during and after purchase.

I can never thank these folks enough for their kindness and over- the-top service. I've rediscovered mountain biking when Covid-19 started, and so I got three bikes. My first two were from a chain bike store, while my third, a Specialized Kenevo Comp is from Superfly Wheels. I've been regularly going to lots of trails and naturally, needed frequent repairs and tune ups. I often get disappointing reception at the chain, but each time I come to Superfly Wheels, I get a personalized, small-town, no-frills, non-chain store experience, that is friendly, quick, attentive, honest polite and conscientious. I have never been charged for a tune-up service, and they've even thrown in free minor parts. I am so very amazed and extremely satisfied with Superfly Wheels. And to all of you who are undecisive where to purchase your next bike or bring one for repairs, I tell you this is the place to go!
