Superior AC & Heat

Avoid this company......typical "bait and switch" tactics from a company with license to steal...
$675 quote on repair turned in to $5500 in 24 hours. Found an honest, smaller company from word of mouth referral (not $$$ internet ads) fixed the problem with warranty for under $600.
Word to management or owner of this company from a business owner........some of us know more about HVAC than you think......we just don't have the time nor the inclination to do the easier repairs ourself or the license to purchase the bigger parts.
Be honest. Do the right thing. Your reputation will suffer the consequences over time if you don't...

They company has come out to fix our ac 14 time and it is still having problem. But the best part is they have left our roof access un locked and the alarm has gone off three different times, 2 of those times where on Sunday so I have to go all the way into work and waste my time and now I have 3 falls alarms notices form the city of Fort Worth. So I would suggest not to use this clown show.

I used this company recently because my AC wasn't able to hold the temperature in the house. The system is under 3 years old. They did a leak check and found a leaky fitting. The tech added 2 lbs of R410a. The total cost of the visit was $477. The visit charge of $120, leak check of $150 (not sure why this is a charge to begin with) and $180 for Freon, and tax. The AC worked fine for awhile after the repair. Around 6 weeks later once again my AC couldn't hold the temperature in the house. I called them up and explained what was going on. Instead of standing behind the work they did 6 weeks ago, I was told that I would be charged for everything again. The lady that answered the phone explained that after 1 leak is fixed that more leaks could appear later. This is complete garbage of an excuse. Tell me how copper fittings can come loose after tightening another fitting. A good company stands behind their people and their work. This is obviously not a good company. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. I will leave them a bad review where possible.
