Unfortunately, Yelp forces you give at least 1 star to this unprofessional, company that has owner/employees that will blatantly lie to you. The number on the email is a California number not a number in New York, so that's the **First Red Flag**
The stove was bought 2 years ago and needed to be serviced, so we called Allstate for the extended warranty purchased through HD.
The claim was approved, parts were ordered & shipped to the house and an appointment was made on 10/25/23 for this company to come to the house on 10/30/23 between 8-10 am.
However, we received a text message on 10/30/23 at 9:00am saying the appointment was between 1:00-4:00 pm on 10/30/23 instead of 8-10am. **Second Red Flag**
I called the California number twice without anyone bothering to answer.
So I called Allstate back again and spoke to a supervisor and explained what was going on. He called Superior Appliance Repair and the excuse they gave him was " there wasn't anyone to repair the stove until 1-4pm" . So now we have to hope & pray these people show up BUT AFTER reading the Yelp reviews, I doubt these unprofessional people will even show up.
After I got off of the phone with Allstate, a rude, aggressive guy from Supreme Appliance Repair called the house. He got our number because they didn't answer when I called after 9:00am. I told him I was calling about the text message stating our appointment was between 1:00-4:00pm today but my appointment confirmation from Allstate said 8:00-10:00am.
The guy said they texted on Friday (10/27/23) to confirm the 10/30/23 8-10 appointment but didn't received our confirmation.......That's a LIE. The only text we received was at 9:00 am this morning.
**Third Red Flag**
The guy that called from Supreme Appliance Repair was very rude, aggressive & creepy..... he asked me if I was going to be home alone when the tech arrived. I told him an adult will be at the house......**Fourth Red Flag**
It's now 4:00pm on 10/30/23 and of course the technician that works for this unprofessional, inconsiderate, rude, company hasn't bothered to text or show up.

Made 3 appointment for someone to come out the first time they cancel. ok cool, no problem. We schedule for the next day 1-4 window time they text at 6 and said someone on the way I was already out of the house then today the 3rd time 1-4 window got a text at 4:40 someone on the way they showed up at 5:15 but by that time I was already walking out the house l.. Not called them back

This company has its phone number with a California area code - a bit odd. They do not communicate and are extremely unreliable. I contacted them on a Wednesday (May3) and was told that a repairman would be at my house between 9 a,m. and noon. I called at 11:55 to request an answer to why I had not been contacted by the repairman. They told me he had been held up at his first appointment (why did my time slot start at 9 a.m. if I was not the first appointment?). why was I not contacted that there was a hold up. At almost 2:30 I received notice from the repairman that he was on his way. He asked for a deposit of $600 to get the part. It is now May 11 and I have never received any notice from them about returning to my house. The only time I had any communication was when I called (twice) to be told the part was on order and they would call to let me know further by May9. I will be cancelling my payment to them if I am still without a refrigerator this weekend.

This outfit is unprofessional, abrupt and uncaring. Called to schedule an appointment, and they told me Friday between 9-2 and the repairman would call a half hour ahead. Get to 6 pm, waited in all day, no call, no show.
Call again, same deal Wednesday 9-2. Guy shows up (no call) after 5 minutes, says it needs a new motor and since they know these things are important, they'll put a rush order on the part so repairs can be done same time next week.
Same time has rolled around, no call, no part. Called to ask what's up, was abruptly told they won't disclose because it goes through the landlord. No working refrigerator for over three weeks. No apology, no explanation. Bad form.
Receptionist could do with some ps and qs. Costs nothing to answer the phone with a greeting and in a polite manner, 'please', 'thank you' and 'I apologize for the inconvenience', you know, all that traditional New York stuff? Shitty attitude.

They did not show for two consecutive appointments on a Friday and Monday to assess my dishwasher, nor did they call to notify that they were not coming. The technician came today (Tuesday) to assess and needs to order a part. I'm hoping that they can complete the job, but we are off to a rocky start.

Beware! Total scammers. Avoid at all costs. They charge for a call out then have Kobe of the parts . Texhnicians and phone operators are totally unprofessional
