There is really bad, and then there is Supreme. Unfortunately I had to give them 1 star since I couldn't leave it blank. They came and gave me a though 5 minute inspection on my dryer. They were supposed to come back for a diagnostic check.....they even called me at 7pm the night before. The day of the appointment they missed their window to stop by, I called them 3 times and got their voicemail. I never heard back from them.
I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, EVEN IF THEY OFFERED TO WORK FOR FREE. THE $69 SERVICE CALL IS A DONATION TO THEM. YOU WONT GET ANYTHING OUT OF IT.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kelli T.Chesapeake, VA01May 16, 2014
Supreme Appliance's idea of service was compared to a visit to a doctor. After the company had missed their 3 hour service window I contacted them to inform them that I had an activity to take my kids to and could not wait. I was informed by the "service" manager Tim that I should expect to wait longer "just like going to the doctors". When I asked that they come first thing the next morning, he refused to put me on the schedule. Tim's arrogance and rude behavior was very surprising. I suppose they think that once they have ordered your part that you are stuck with them and their scheduling department.
Tim's comments in his reply that I was abusive represents the classic case of trying to rewrite history and blame the customer. However, given the way he spoke to me, I am not surprised. Even though I know his account is false, I love the freedom we have in this country and that will be all I have to say on this subject.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Dear customers,
Mrs. Kelli T is a Home Warranty Total Car customer who decided that the scheduled appointment she was given was not meeting her needs. Our service tech was only 5 minutes away whiten her scheduled time frame to install her part for her washer and she was upset because he was running late due to traffic and believes it was our fault. During her scheduled time our office spoke with her several times and she was always upset. When I was asked to give her I call I tried to explain to her as if it was a doctors visit and she became extremely abusive. At this time I canceled her appointment to prevent our service tech from interring a hostile environment. Supreme Appliance VB will always communicate with our customers as well as Home Warranty customers. We have reviewed other comments this customer has left for other companies and she always has something negative to say. We recommend all service companies beware of this customer. This message will be posted on all website search engines.

Supreme Appliance VB was sent to me by my home warranty company. They did a thorough assessment of all of my appliances and ordered the parts for the issues that needed to be repaired. They returned in quick fashion to install the new parts and I am quite pleased with their professionalism. I would recommend them to others who need Appliance service. Tim and Allen are knowledgeable and completely performed their duties to my satisfaction. I also appreciated the customer service provided by Debbie and Nicole. They gave me a reminder call the day before as well as contacted me when the technicians were on the way to my house.

As I am writing this I am still waiting on this company to deliver my washer. Wednesday at 6pm. The company picked up my washer 2 weeks ago for repairs. It took some time for them to receive the part but I called last Friday and they said they had received the part and the actual repair work shouldn't take more than an hour. I was disappointed when I discovered that it would not be finished that Friday and that they do not work on weekends but was hopeful for monday. Monday came and went still with no washer. We called on Tuesday and they said it was finished bit they did not have anyone to deliver it to us. We asked if we could pick it up from them and they said we couldnt. They informed us that Wednesday they would deliver between 8 and 11 and would call us when they were headed over. My husband was sure to tell them to call both phone numbers as he would be working. The company only called his phone and unfortunately my husband was unable to answer. They never called my phone and moved on to other customers. I was hopeful that they would stop by later in the day to deliver and after multiple phone calls it became apparent that we would be going yet another day without our washer. Again they refused to let us come pick our washer up from them. To make matters worse the man we were speaking to on the phone...I believe his name is Tim is incredibly rude and so miserable to deal with. My husband and I both work full time jobs and had a difficult time coordinating schedules for delivery today, and will now have to do it again tomorrow. This is probably the worst company I have ever had to work with in my adult life and would recommend looking elsewhere for appliance repair

Supreme Appliance VB was extremely sorry for the delays in Christie S. washer repair. We do not have control on how long parts take to arrive in most cases. On a rare occasion in shop repairs are required and repairs might take longer as so in this case. A miss understanding on who to contact when unit was to be delivered was undetermined what party was in fault, whether it be our office personal or the one who set up the appointment. However, making threats over the phone to go public and talk trash about a company because of these situation was uncalled for and shows you how people of low standards who do not get things their way feel expressing themselves to everyone else is acceptable when in fact it just belittles themselves. To no end, Supreme Appliance VB will always be here when you need us.

Supreme appliance va is total garbage. They tried to fix my fridge twice, both times stating it was fixed when it wasn't.....still sounds like a helicopter when it's cooling. They are incompetent but what's worse is they cut my water line to the fridge and left it leaking after they pushed the fridge back in. It leaked in to my wall and out into the garage leaving a huge puddle. I called the company to tell them and they said call someone else, it's not their problem anymore. Well guess what, it is your problem and it will be when I contact the BBB as well as the AG. I'll take this as far as I can, no scumbag company should treat military members like this. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a horrible experience with Supreme Appliance. (this is the greatly abbreviated story...it's almost 2 months of drama) My washing machine was leaking, my boyfriend had fixed one part but couldn't figure it out, so I called Supreme Appliance (recommendation from a friend). The repairman scheduled with me easily and quickly, and during the appointment was friendly and seemed helpful (except he complained about how hard it would be to take off the front of the washing machine. Like it's not part of his job or something). He quickly determined I needed a new boot, ordered it for me, and said my boyfriend would be able to install it. It took over a week to get the part and that included multiple unanswered messages left for Supreme Appliance and one trip to the UPS shipping center b/c the repairman wrote my address wrong. I called the business back to complain, and the repairman said he would refund my shipping cost immediately (he never did). The part did not fix the problem, and I called back to see if the repairman could come back. Over the span of a week I tried to get a hold of the repairman, he did not call when he said he would, did not have times available he said he would, complained about having to take off the front of the washing machine (again), and eventually stopped responding to my messages. A friend eventually fixed the problem. Turns out I did not need the new part after all, and the repairman would have known that if he had stopped complaining and looked closer at the washing machine (and taken the front off). I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since Supreme Appliance was ignoring my calls. After a month, I finally got an email that Supreme Appliance was ignoring the BBB's calls, too, and there was nothing else they could do. Moral of the story-DO NOT USE SUPREME APPLIANCE!!!

To make a long story short this company does NOT show up during the 3 hour window they give you, they don't call to tell you they are running late, and when you reschedule the repair 2 more times they are still a NO show. Cancelled the repair completely and finding a different company that can keep to their schedules and are reliable. THis company definitely is not reliable.
