We made a reservation for eight of us for a friend's birthday celebration on Saturday night. Our party quickly grew to 12, 14, 16. And we were delayed by a half hour because the concert some of is were attending--or performing---ran later than expected.
Each time I called with a change, I was given friendly assurances. Drop off a cake? No problem!
Our table was beautifully prepared with a decorated divider at one end with a "Happy Birthday"!sign.. Balloons!
After a delicious meal and excellent service, the staff played a happy birthday recording and sang along as the cake was brought to the table with much fanfare.
Thank you Sushi Song!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 4706541932Mar 3, 2024
Exploring down on Duval St. Had to try this place. Cute , right on the corner. We ordered Crab Ragoons and Philly Roll! The Ragoons were handmade so fresh. Delicious. The philly roll was good. Unfortunately, they were having technical diffculties and the power went out toward the middle of our meals. We decided that might be a cue to finish the exploration!
I would for sure give them another try. Our server was the sweetest!Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Garrett B.Riverside, CA47071Apr 22, 2024
Great sushi, the Maine Lobster Volcano Roll had heaping piles of delicious lobster. The dragon roll was also very good, plenty of fish and good sized rolls. The cocktails were yummy, just difficult to drink out of a paper straw. Our server was very kind and attentive, brought us waters as soon as we sat down, and cleared our plates when we were done. Inside is a typical sushi restaurant you'd expect in a spot like key west, not dirty or run down. Location is perfect, right on Duval and Truman. Check this spot out for great sushi!

It was just fine. Service a little slow and inattentive even though we were the only ones in there. The sushi was okay, not the freshest or the best but we wanted to try sushi in key west at least once.

Got to the keys at 3am, and this spot was opened, so decided to go sit down as I was staying around the corner.

I swear I thought I reviewed sushi song when I first came here awhile ago so I guess if I didn't I will now! Sushi song is a great sushi restaurant that's open late night which is fantastic. I always start with edamame at a sushi restaurant it's a staple and always great dipped on a little spicy Mayo. The crispy rice tuna is to die for the marinade on the tuna is top tier. Surf and turf roll is another faaaaaaannnnnntastic roll I highly recommend. I also love the shrimp tempura roll. This time around we got a special lobster roll that left us with our jaws dropped. The presentation was amazing. Tasted just as good as it looked but I do warn you it is pricey I felt like splurging a little hahaha.

Solid sushi place in the Keys. I just got the tuna with crispy rice appetizer, which was filling enough for me. I loved the crispy rice texture, and the fish tasted fresh too. Also, if you check in on Yelp upon entering, they offer a coupon for complimentary beer.
