Suzie Q Canine Grooming Spa

Called before bringing in dogs before grooming no response after voice mail left.
Went to salon @ 9:15am waited 40 minutes for someone to open shop about 1 hour after posted opening time on both web and door sign?
That particula individual did not look happy (coffee in hand) that scowling doesn't look good on a woman!
Lastly who in this business calls my dogs "possessed and Evil". you can't make this stuff up, the owners here did not take business 101 or care about customer retention!! They are less expensive for a reason, lesson learned never again! One too many pronouns in use buyer beware.

When I first moved here to Hemet nobody would give me a grooming appointment for my standard poodle. I came across Suzie Q I called no answer so I left a message one year later I would not take my baby anywhere else my mom also takes her standard to Suzie Q no nicks cuts or weird behaviors when we pick them up we are very happy

How many days do you have to call this place for them to return a call and make an appointment to get your pet groom I called two days in a row no response this is not good business so no I do not recommend this company the search continues for a good pet groomer that actually answers the phone

I was really impressed with the pricing in fact they do not charge enough. My last groomer in Barstow didn't hand cut or brush teeth with package groom and charges the same price. The dogs looked great. Panda they did a great job on and Leilani looks the best she has looked in years. They smell great. Their fur is so very soft and silky. Will definitely be a repeat customer. I won't even try another place while I live in San Jacinto. Repeat customer here!!! I highly recommend.

Just nails, just day care, just whatever, SuzieQ does it. Clean. Polite. Great pricing and personal care. I'm a fan.

L I called a handful of places to get pricing for my six month old Maltese and Susie's was the fastest at getting back to me. Not only were they this test is to reply they were also offering reasonable prices so I went ahead and gave them a try. Very cute and friendly location, my puppy felt welcomed. I have shelter is leaving him and they assured me he would be finished within 2 to 3 hours. I am legally blind so I don't drive and it was a hot day and a long hot walk home. They knew of this and understood by situation so they offered to drop my puppy off when he was finished. That was so sweet and kind of them. I got my puppy back and he looks absolutely adorable and I couldn't be happier. I plan to continue bringing my Maltese to them and I would recommend them to anybody who needs grooming services.

New to Hemet and Suzi Q is the 3rd groomer in town I've tried. Me and my pooch are thrilled. She looks beautiful !! I am so pleased.

Left a voicemail that I was interested in getting my dog bathed. No return phone call.

Online hours stated that this business opens at 9 am sat in the parking lot till 930am and no one ever came to open. Called got a voicemail there was know change of hours stated on message.
